On arriving at the hotel Dormero, the staff were extremely helpful and looked after all my requirements without hesitation. They did everything to make my stay very comfortable. I particularly liked the terrace off my room.
Everthing was perfect with great attention from the staff. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is so easy to walk everywhere in the centre of Budapest from this area.

Dog friendly hotel with no extra charge for the dogs and their own dogs on site, great value, the room was comfortable and the bathroom products were good quality, close-ish to the town centre

Everything was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for our trip. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
There was nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations, and we had a great experience from check-in to check-out.

The location and the bed only
2 of the staff members were very rude
It’s very upsetting not having a kettle or coffe or tea in the room
No telephone to call or ask for help if you’re tired or anything
No slippers like all other hotels. Had to ask for a pair
Room service should be everyday.
First time but not again due to basic facilities that weren’t even there!
