Very good location.
Good breakfast.
Unless guests request a "do not disturb status", rooms should be cleaned daily (not every 4 days).
We had to request cleaning / towels change every morning.

After a bad experience in another hotel, we had to find one urgently and we chose the NH. We were not disappointed. The lobby was nice, the employees very polite and helpful. The hotel is very well located, not far from the parliament, the Danube and all the trams, bus... The room was very pleasant and clean, the air conditionner was working... The breakfast if a buffet, with a lot of choice for sweet or salty mouths. We couldn't ask for more !

Staff was friendly and helpful. This was the nicest thing we experienced during our stay. They really are professionals.
The room was quite outdated, with visible marks of usage, stains and defects on the ceiling and furniture. There was mould between the bathroom tiles in several places, we didn't feel comfortable using the bathroom at all. The room did not meet a 4 star hotel's standards in my opinion, and a renovation is definitely needed. Breakfast was okay, but the plates were dirty. Overall this is really not okay, especially considering the rates of the hotel.
