1 km away from the Danube, so location was not as bad as I thought.
The room was clean, and had all the amenities you'd want, except a bathtub.. (more on that below).
As for the breakfast, it was amazing, plenty of choice, and plenty of time to choose.
The bathtub was supposed to be in the bathroom as per the room's description (it had only a shower).
I pointed that out to the desk staff and said it would seem it's false advertising.., fortunately Thomas the manager was there to pacify me and offer me a beer for the inconvenience, if it wasn't for him my note would've been way lower.

Spacious room with full equipped kitchen, microwave and all kitchen necessities
Room inside was quite cold when temperature outside went to 20 degrees.
We asked receptionists to do something, they said just it is what it is, heet in Budapest is centralized.
Anyhow they could have offered us extra blankets, but they just shrugged their shoulders.
Also on our check out they gave us card to exit the garage and told us to give it back when we are out. Hotel is situated in narrow one way street so it is quite inconvenient to be left outside on the street even for one second.
Eventually, why we as a guests should go outside the car to bring back the card to the reception desk. They should have wait us outside to take the card or left us exit the garage by just pressing the button.
