This was a great hotel in a great location. We stayed here to attend the Hungarian Grand Prix but also enjoyed the fantastic local area. Very central location with excellent restaurants on the doorstep.
The hotel staff were all extremely helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. A great find!
The only downside was a complete power outage on the last day (not the hotel's fault) but the communication around this could have been better. We were told that breakfast had been moved to a sister hotel but not that the whole hotel would be without power, including the elevator when we had to get cases down from the 5th floor. That being said, the man on reception was extremely apologetic and came to help us. This did not detract from the holiday so that is why this is still rated as a 10.

THe room was VERY small but enough. Room had phone, fridge TV. Lots of stores, restaurants around it. Had a good quiet sleep.

Excellent location in the heart of Budapest on Váci Street, with very kind and helpful staff. The hotel has been refurbished, but unfortunately the room was not very clean and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the pipes. I also missed some amenities typically expected from a 4-star hotel, such as additional toiletries and slippers. A toothbrush and toothpaste were provided upon request, as I had forgotten mine at home. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent staff and the very good breakfast.
