We had a wonderful stay at Continental Hotel Budapest. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of attractions such as St. Stephen's Basilica and the Chain Bridge. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great facilities. The breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of choices to suit everyone. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool, while we loved relaxing in the spa. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay, but there was one small disappointment. As a family of four, we booked two rooms. One room was stocked with shower gel and body lotion, while the other was missing these amenities and we were only provided with a small refill bottle. For a highly rated hotel, we expected both rooms to be equipped to the same standard. It was a minor issue, but it did detract slightly from an otherwise excellent experience

Lobby, modern rooms, restaurant, location.
1. We didn't like that the pool temperature was only 22 degrees, even though the hotel information says the temperature is 28-31 degrees! A very bad experience because we decided to choose this hotel precisely because of the spa center and pool.
2. The AC and bathroom ventilator were constantly very noisy.
3. The bathroom room wasn’t closing properly unless it was locked with the key.
4. The shower is a bit small and the drain was clogged, even though I removed the lid.
5. Towels are very basic, poor quality for 4 stars hotel.
6. Parking fee for guests.
