- very friendly staff
- breakfast included, but nothing spectacular
- tram, bus and metro stops near
- grocery store near
- 24/7 reception
- nice indoors design
- room floor was quite dirty, unwashed, had to wash it myself with some towels
- bathroom needs a proper rebuild (shower, tub etc were quite worn and rusty)
- windows had absolutely NO soundproofing
- we could not regulate AC
- bed sheets were sticky, uncomfortable
- pillows uncomfortable
- breakfast coffee machine was out of order on 2 mornings and nobody in the hotel could fix it
- coffeemachine had only milk powder
- dust everywhere
- there was a lack of air in the room, poor ventilation, but not possible to open windows because of the loud constant steet noise
- room electronic keys stopped working almost every day, needed to be reprogrammed at the reception

Convenient hotel in the heart of Budapest with easy access to public transport. The room are clean and spacious, the staff are discreet and helpful. The breakfast is good, with choices varying each day.
The area is quiet noisy and this was felt in the room (street facing).

The staff was very friendly, the reception is open 24 hours, and the service was perfect.
It feels a little scary to return to the hotel in the evening. The hotel is not very clean, and the food is not edible. I expected more, especially considering the price we paid. I would rate it as a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel.
