Very good location. Every time you go in or out, the receptionists greet you. In the breakfast, the waiters were kind and did their best to service us.
1. As we entered the room there was a bad smell. We returned to the reception and asked for another room. The answer was that the hotel is fully booked. I firmly insisted, and suddenly a free room was found. Why lying? But that room was a downgrading. 2. There are two elevators, one of them out of order. Getting out took up to 15 minutes. They forbid using the stairs. It was fixed only after 6 days! 3. Breakfast below expectations. The good coffee machine was out of order and the working one delivered poor coffee. The good one was never fixed, and no notice was written, so everybody tried to operate it and failed. Very few products and in small quantities (but good quality). Sometimes they do not refill. The breakfast room is small and sometimes crowded and very noisy. Children running all over and screaming, and the staff ignores. 4. There are washing machines, but the instructions are not clear. 5. Furniture made of heavy wood, in an old style. 6. The basin for washing hands etc., in not in the bathroom, but in the room itself. This is uncomfortable and not nice. Probably they hired a "original and creative" room designer that never used a hotel room.

Great location near the river in Pest-side of Budapest; many attraction & food-options just feet away. Super close to Vaci Street ped-promenade. For walkers/explorers a delight. Also very close to bus, Metro & tram service. This is an adjunct-property; nearby larger Marriott has many food-amenities; this one has a good breakfast room (and good food), but limited for regular meal-service. Fine for me. My room with kitchenette was good size; things like carpet/walls/drapes/furniture in good condition overall. Didn't use the kitchen-area much, but great for larger-fridge and microwave for re-heating leftovers. I like the bath-tub option. Terry-robe/slippers nice also. I had an interior courtyard-view - very quiet. Room was soundproof as well. AC & water-pressure were fine. Pool in fitness-center (no extra-charge) was basically a plunge-pool (large Jacuzzi-size); no attendant to show me how to turn-on sauna, however.
See above. Two televisions was nice, but one had 'No signal'. Lobby was small, limited. Signage for hotel poor - you really have to hunt for it if arriving on foot or private-car. This is an adjunct-property to nearby full-size Marriott. Emphasis seems to be on biz-travelers who don't require all the fancy eateries, etc.
