This hotel is PERFECTION! I loved every single detail! But the staff was the kindest! They were always ready to help with everything! As they knew I was in Budapest exclusively to stay in the same hotel Freddie Mercury stayed in 1986, the hotel manager offered me a visit to the presidential suite where Freddie stayed! I was really amazed! They gave me chocolate and a lovely card. They really made my stay there the best it could ever been!!! Omg and the breakfast was exceptional! They served literally everything!
I must also mention THE EXQUISITE VIEW from my room!

Excellent breakfast and roof top bar !!
The light controls in the room were poorly planned and either you switch off most of the lights or switch on most of them . Individual controls weren’t there .

The hotel is very well located and has a wonderful view from every room, but that is about all.
Absolutely all areas are outdated and worn, and in my opinion, it does not meet the standard of a 5-star hotel. I think it should be urgently renovated. I also stayed at this hotel in 2017, and since then I have not seen any improvement.
Not to mention that the minibar was empty, like in a cheap motel, even though we were asked to pay a deposit for each night of our stay.
