The location was fantastic and the property although old was well maintained, very clean and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and so helpful always going above and beyond. The bed, pillows and linen were luxurious and comfortable. I really enjoyed the option of A/C and the shower always worked brilliantly. I cannot fault my stay in any way.

Well located clean comfortable room.
Very quiet despite being on the busy Andrassy Avenue.
For the price it was exceptional as i was in a hostel for £10 less

Great location
Not clean - entrance and passageways need a good clean, even sigange is tacky. In room - filthy stained carpet (needs to be replaced), cobwebs in corners of room
Noisy - a continuous mechanical din / buzz in the room (checked fridge, was not that)
Tired and worn furniture and fittings
No hot water in the shower
I discussed all of these points with the receptionist, and there was no offer of an alternative room (to shower before long transit).
Would not stay again.
