פעם שניה במלון זה. לפני שנתיים היה הרבה יותר נקי ומטופל.

ארוחת בוקר טעימה, מגוונת, צוות המסעדה מצויין ומקצועי.

חדר אמבטיה בעייתי ביותר: אמבטיה עמוקה ומחליקה. הכל שבור ומתפרק. הברגים מתפרקים בכלות. הנקיון בעייתי.

Top Lage mit kleineren Schönheitsfehlern

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Diese liegt Zentral und man kann die Innenstadt von Budapest super erreichen. Auch die Metrostation ist gleich um die Ecke. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer leider abgewohnt, obwohl besssere Kategorie gewählt wurde, bei der Buchung. Tiefgaragenzufahrt sehr eng.

Posizione ottima ad un prezzo contenuto e staff molto gentile e disponibile. Inoltre struttura dotata di un bel bar, sauna e palestra.

La camera abbastanza piccola e, soprattutto, con un letto matrimoniale molto scomodo.

Il punto in cui è situato l'hotel è ottimo. Bella la struttura . La nostra stanza aveva una splendida parete interamente in vetro (finestra).buona la colazione

La colazione è per lo più internazionale. Poca scelta se ami la colazione italiana.

Good location overpriced nice hotel

Overall a good location Felt like a premium room, but the facility a little bit old like the shower felt a little bit outdated and not well maintenance

The trashcan in the room was full of trash from the guest before like tampons and stuff. I guess they missed out when they clean the room. Also, you should point out in your main page in Booking.com that you’re going to charge an additional fee for deposit because it doesn’t include in the price and I think it’s pretty important that the gas will know that too

All the staff charming and helpful,

The position of the hotel was perfect; near the centre and the hop on hop off tourist bus stop but down a quiet side street.

Hotel in toller Lage mit einigen Mängeln

Lage perfekt im Zentrum direkt neben der Oper, Einrichtung toll Zimmerausstattung wäre geschmackvoll gewesen, wenn nicht die Heizung im Winter defekt gewesen wäre

Frühstücksraum überfüllt, lange Wartezeiten bis man einen freien Tisch zugeteilt bekam, ständig kaputte Kaffeemaschinen, Buffet immer leer geräumt, Personal füllte nur sehr langsam nach (war allerdings ein starkes Reisewochenende, Hotel ausgebucht) Heizung in der Suite war leider defekt, man bemühte sich nicht um Schadensbehebung. Erst nach unserer Urgenz wurde ein Heizstrahler in die Suite gestellt, leider aber nicht eingeschalten, hatte also nach Rückkehr spät abends nach dem Abendessen keine Wirkung, die ganze Nacht war eiskalt. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir nach nochmaliger Rücksprache an der Rezeption einen zweiten Heizstrahler (war unbedingt notwendig, da Suite über 2 Etagen).

Great hotel.

The location was perfect, everything is within 5-30 minutes walk. There is a metro station nearby as well. The personnel was nice. The room was fairly clean (only the bathroom wasn’t that clean when we arrived). They change the sheets and towels every day + clean every day. If you’re looking for a good place to stay in the city centre this hotel is a great choice.

The rooms need to be renovated but it’s not a big a deal. The toilet was not cleaned properly the first day. The towels need to be changed- they are old and grey and not white as their original colour 😅. The hairdryer is not good enough for ladies with long hair. Overall the place was perfect and we are happy with our choice.

Short stay over the new year

We loved this hotel, it is right around the corner of the Royal Opera House, and very close to all landmarks. Transport from the hotel is very easy.. also the staff were so nice and accommodating 😄😄

Maybe only the fact that it was a little too hot.. other than that, nothing

Increíble

La elección del hotel fue que hubiese un trabajador que hablar español, en este caso se llama Sebastián. Un chico de Almería que hará que tu estancia sea mucho más fácil en la ciudad, es un encanto y te ayudará en todo lo que necesites. El hotel cuenta con unas habitaciones amplias, y unas camas súper cómodas. El buffet está bien, así como el bar que tienen, los camareros del bar son un encanto. La ubicación esta genial, puedes ir andando a cualquier sitio de la ciudad, Budapest es muy accesible para ir andando a cualquier punto de interés.

Location is nice Room is big enough

Toilet needs maintenance. Filling water in flusher is slow. There are some bars/restaurants in the street, so at the weekend, some people will shout after midnight

O vizită scurtă la targul de Crăciun din Budapesta.

Locație bună, garaj, acces rapid în centru mai ales acum la targul de Crăciun. 5 min de bazilica Sf. Stefan, 1 min de Opera din Budapesta.

Accesul în garajul subteran la nivelurile inferioare relativ dificil(foarte îngust).

Excellent location, mediocre hotel in Budapest.

Excellent location behind the Opera house (and metro station) and 3 minutes away from the basilica. Staff were kind. Everything was clean. All in all everything was just okay. Mediocre, nothing amazing, nothing too bad.

We got the corner room which is built weirdly - opening the bathroom door blocks entry to the room itself. That's uncomfortable. The bed is not a proper double bed but a couple of single beds brought together. The water pressure in the shower is low. Breakfast was too crowded.

Good location, next to the Opera and metro. Very clean and tidy room, with enough space for two people. Comfortable beds. Great service at the reception.

We booked a taxi to go to the airport, as we had to leave at 4:45 in the morning. The price was supposed to be 39€, fixed price, as confirmed at the reception. We had to pay 16500 Forints, which is not 39€ at all, but 44€. This was really bad. We felt cheated.

Exceptional

Very spacious, big windows and a giant bed! It was clean and the staff was polite. Also the location is great, near everything you need to see when visiting Budapest!

Hard to find something to dislike, the only funny thing were huge pillows we got, it was difficult to find a good sleeping position, but we managed! :D
