Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Budapest

Sehr grosse Räume und ruhig gelegen. Die Metro ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

Das Appartment war im Nebengebäude (Wohnblock). Der Lift war klein und eng.

Awesome Budapest

the spa was awesome and the right thing you need for a city break!

There is no parking place and you have to pay extra for the parking 200 m away from Hotel. I also got a parking fee. Dissapointed

Skvělé ubytování, můžeme pouze doporučit.

Hned po našem příjezdu nás velmi mile překvapil přístup personálu, kdy nás paní z recepce osobně dovedla do pokoje a vše vysvětlila. Samotné ubytování se nachází ve velmi pěkné lokaci, ze které je to blízko do centra. Okolí Smart Hotelu je samo o sobě pěkné a výhodou je obchod, který se nachází v těsné blízkosti. Ubytování nám poskytlo vše, co jsme potřebovali a určitě jej můžeme doporučit.

Nagyon elégedett vagyok!

A szálláshely modern, tiszta, jó elhelyezkedésű. Az érkezésnél és a távozásnál is nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepción, a svédasztalos reggelinél minden friss, meleg volt. A wellness részben a szaunák is tiszták voltak.

One of the best!

The hotel is nicely located, close to a metro station. The whole hotel is super clean, modern and the staff is very kind. I must recommend the breakfast, which was delicious. Really great hotel!

Smart hotel room indeed

The room is very big and clean, so is the bathroom. Located 15 mins from the city center, in a quiet area. Coffee, tea and wine are from the hotel

Чудове місце розташування, персонал компетентний і може в усьому допомогти і підсказати на англійській чи мадярській мові. Чисто охайно . Присутні праска , фен, є пральня Чиста білизна . Зручні ліжка . Міні бар . Смачні европейскі сніданки. Сауна входить в ціну перебування. Відпочинком задоволена.Приємний бонус пляшка рожевого вина .

Outstanding!

I can't imagine a better accommodation for this price. The hotel offers everything you need, even a small SPA area in the basement. The room was small, but very practical and sparkling clean. Last but not least - the staff is so nice and helpful.

Krásny apartmán, škoda že nebol čistejší. Dvere katastrofa aj odhlučnenie. Každopádne dobrá lokalita aj apartmán.

Lokalita bola naozaj skvelá, apartmán bol tiež pekný a veľký. Inteligentné ovládanie apartmanu hodnotím veľmi pozitívne. Taktiež vonkajšie rolety boli plusom.

Čistota apartmánu mohla byť omnoho lepšia. Čo sa týka dverí medzi izbami čistá katastrofa. Vŕzgali a ťažko sa zatvárali. V popise izby bolo aj odhlučnenie čo veľmi nebola pravda.

Szuper hotel, csak ajánlani tudom!

Szuper szálloda, kedves személyzet, modern, nagyon kényelmes szoba és makulátlanul tiszta, zuhanyzós fürdőszoba. A reggelinél nagy választék, finom ételek.

The room is separated from the hotel, spacious but not too comfortable

The hotel is nice and modern, but our room was separate from the hotel in the old building, which has two entrances, which was not indicated when booking. The staff is friendly. The room is spacious for a family with good mattresses, but cold when we arrived, dirty in some part (dust and garbage under the bad, dust from the back of the TV), with a very unpleasant smell in the toilet. The lock on the main door of the apartment does not work well and neither does the shower. An extremely high price for what we got.

Ein nettes Mittelklassehotel, das sich gut für ein paar Tage Stadtbesichtigung eignet

Wir wurden herzlich von einer netten Damen empfangen. Ein sehr geäumiges, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit viel Platz. Das Bett ist bequem, im Badezimmer ist ebenfalls ausreichend Platz. Eine große Glasfläche bietet eine Aussicht auf eine Grünfläche mit Kinderspielplatz. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig, der Kaffee leider ein typischer "Hotelkaffee". Am Wochenende waren ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze rund um das Hotel verfügbar, alternativ gibt es ein paar Meter entfernt einen bewachten Parkpaltz für ca. 10,- pro Tag. Busse sind unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, die nächsten U-Bahn etwas fünf Gehminuten entfernt.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und die Nachbarn leider sehr rücksichtslos bis früh in den Morgen. Ansonten hat alles gepasst.

Prijetno izhodišče za raziskovanje čarobne Budimpešte.

Prijeten, moderen manjši hotel v bližini središča Budimpešte. Zelo prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje. Soba je bila zelo prostorna in udobna, imeli smo apartman, ki lahko sprejme do 6 oseb. Soba je imela tudi manjšo kuhinjsko nišo in velik hladilnik. Postelje so velike in udobne, pravtako kopalnica. Vsi prostori so bili čisti in urejeni. Zajtrk okusen in dovolj raznolik. Del ponudbe se dnevno tudi spreminja. V hotelu je na voljo tudi brezplačen wellnes, ki izgleda super, vendar ga zaradi pomanjkanja časa nismo koristili. Lokacija je ugodna, saj je avtobusno postajališče tik ob hotelu, do najbližje postaje metroja pa je zgolj 3 minute peš. Na voljo je tudi cenovno ugodno parkiranje na bližnjem varovanem parkirišču. Ob odjavi smo bili prijetno presenečeni, saj smo bili deležni brezplačnega parkiranja in buteljke vrhunskega vina. V hotelu je namreč tudi vinoteka z veliko izbiro vrhunskih vin.

Pravzaprav nas ni motilo nič, morda le to, da recepcija ne obratuje 24 ur, vendar ob vseh tehničnih rešitvah, ki jih hotel nudi in dosegljivosti na telefon, to sploh ni moteče.

Muy cómodo y moderno

Las habitaciones son muy nuevas y están muy bien equipadas, son muy modernas. La cama era muy cómoda y el baño es muy amplio. Destacar la recepcionista que nos trató de maravilla, super cercana, atenta y amable durante toda nuestra estancia. El hotel esta a 15 minutos a pie del centro por una avenida principal y, sino, esta muy bien contactado con la línea 1 del metro ya que la parada esta a apenas 5 minutos. Por cierto, la línea 1 es la más antigua y bonita de la ciudad y conecta directamente con el centro y las termas.

Por ponerle algún pero sería el desayuno que era muy reducido, tenía lo imprescindible pero es posible que, a algunas personas se les quede corto.

Had a great stay at Smart Hotel Budapest!

The service/personnel was really nice. Everytime you asked for something they were always ready for you and they always greeted you when you came back or left your room. We had a problem with our booking due to our own mistake but they kindly helped us. The room itself is nice, not too big but very aesthetic. And free Netflix! Hotel was near a metrostop, nice too. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great time in Budapest!

Everything was nice except that our room didn’t have windows. It didn’t make our trip bad but it’s just a tip for the hotel maybe next time ;)

The hotel looks fine, but breakfast is not worth it.

The apartment was big, lot of space.

The apartment had a separate entrance than the hotel and it looked horrible (very bad condition of the staircase and elevator). We weren’t informed previously that this is not part of the main hotel. The breakfast had limited choices and of poor quality. I wouldn’t pay again 14 euro for that.

One-time option to stay

The room was clean and the technology used in room is interesting. The location of the hotel is good.

We were told the room has no windows but we were not told the room is in the basement, next to the kitchen. We could smell a lot of mold and we were with the kid. If we knew, we would have cancelled the accomodation. Also, the breakfast with limited options, was not good at all.

Smells so bad and too much noise

Big room and It has a Smart tablet where you can control light, temperature etc

The room and the bathroom smelled like stinky socks, mold, something dead. I told the girl from the reception and she insisted that the bathroom room was cleaned, but she felt the bad smell so hard as well. The rooms have thin walls between them and ours was very close to the neighbors’s bathroom where we heard too much noise from it. We truly don’t recommend this hotel!
