tutto molto bello

La cordialità e la gentilezza del personale ed in particolare della signorina ALINA che abbiamo conosciuto all'arrivo e che era l'unica che masticava un poco di italiano. Ci ha anche fatto, INCONTRANDOLA PER CASO, da guida fuori della struttura alberghiera, per raggiungere BUDA. Qualche piccola riserva sulla colazione, ma niente di particolare importanza.

Il fatto che non era stato programmato il viaggio in taxi dall'albergo all'aeroporto per il rientro. Il cui costo è stato di circa 40,00 €.

Nem előszőr és nem utoljára szálltunk itt meg.

Tisztaság, jó elhelyezkedés. A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Tömegközlekedés elérhető közelségben. Parkolás zárt helyeken ill. az utcán megoldott, fizetés ellenében.

Впечатления смазаны прохладным джакузи, вода в котором утром опустилась до 22-х гр.

Великолепное расположение. Большой номер с террасой. Бутылка шампанского в качестве комплимента. Отзывчивый персонал.

Персонал не предупредил и нам не удалось включить освещение на террасе, хотя как потом выяснили у прекрасного сотрудника ресепшен Анастасии - свет включается работником ресепшен... Температура воды в джакузи была прохладной. Если на пульте джакузи указывалась температура 34 градуса, то градусник в воде показывал между 26-28... Винный холодильник не работал. Выглядело странным, что в номере с джакузи нет халатов и тапочек... пришлось отдельно просить...

We would come back

The Hotel I well located next to a couple of sights and also a famous spa. The Hotel itself is nice, the staff is very helpful and 24/7available. Breakfast could have more options and the orange juice is just water! The room was really nice. Huge balcony, a big comfy bed and the room had a decent sice ...... Amazing was that we needed to leave at 4am and they prepared breakfast for takeaway which we found amazing. Overall the city is spectacular when you are interested in architectural buildings and this hotel is a very good place to stay!

The only thing I did not like was the shower because the shower heat is way to low. I think the max. height is 170cm

Egy éjszakára megfelelő.

Jó helyen van. Recepciós segítőkész volt. Csendes szálloda.

A saját parkoló -belváros lévén- kicsi, szűkös, telített. A szálloda mellett közvetlenül csak két(!) autó fér el, azok is egymás mögött. Alkalmazkodni kell egymás indulásához. A kaput így már talán nem is lehet becsukni, tehát egyetlen előnye, hogy nem kell kinti parkolási díjat fizetni. Az utca túloldalán egy másik udvarban vannak parkolók, de mindig telített, és szűkös. A reggeli (rántotta, virsli) hideg volt. A szállóvendégek száműzve vannak az alagsorba, de a külsős fizető vendégek egy napfényes üvegfalú helységben kapnak helyet reggelire, amit magam is szívesebben vettem volna.

Nice hotel near to Sechini pool, Zoo and circus, which is very important when travelling with Kids.

Recepton staff are very helpful: helped us to order taxi, organized takeaway breakfast. Special thanks to canteen for fresh and really testy breakfast. The bathroom fillings was healthy and really good. Usually we are not using hotel's shampoo and gel. But this time We really liked chineese shampoo and gel. Our stay was not long, so had no chance to see medical part of the hotel. Probably next time will do.

Breakfast menu can be wided, for example with omlets. Following pictures, we thought that there is a swimming pool in the hotel, but that was a pictures of one of the hotel's bathroom.

Great location, near subway. Friendly staff, helpful. Photos better than reality

Poor accomodation. Not value for money. Towels smells, aircondition old, breakfast at -1 floor. Expensive for this quality

Spectacular view and amazing staff!

The viwe from our room was spectacular and the room itself beautiful with beautiful decor! We stayed in room 401, and we will definitely be staying there again!

More of an observation tha ,a dislike! The lobby door when arriving from the street in a car, is way too narrow!! And I had difficulty á few times just getting into the hotel with my bags. However I,could see they were renovating!

The staff was great and they really care about your stay and comfort, they help with the taxi, and even some of them talked to me on Spanish, front desk was outstanding and a big plus breakfast it's a 1000 super good quality and the amount of options were great❤️

Remarkable staff, great location

The staff was extremely remarkable. I was treated like in a 6 stars hotel. special thanks to Aliana in the reception and I can't forget Normat in the restaurant, he was going above and beyond to make sure everybody was having the best experience. Best staff I ever seen!

The staff offered us a “travel meal” when we leaving hotel because we leaving it before 7:30 when breakfast starts. They packed a large meal in our bags. The food we ate in the hotel restaurant was delicious. Maybe the best domectic food (paprikash) in town.

Worst hotel manager ever

Great location of hotel, and really nice staff but not the hotel manager. Bed was nice as well as the bathroom. The room with balcony was really nice and nice decor in second room since the first room they gave us was with no heating and dirty

We got to hotel at 11 pm and notified hotel in advance that we are arriving late. Single mum with 2 kids. But they did not make room for us. No extra bed, no towels, no heating in the room and it was 2 celsisus at night in Budapest. So three people were supose to stay in double room with no extra bed and no HEATING. Room was dirty. Stains everywhere including toilet seat. Carpet dirty with stains. First they suggested that the three od us sleep in one bed in room that heating is not working. They gave my son another room after I had panic attact, but my daughter and I were freezing in that room. Stuff gave us electric heater but I was scared that it might burn something. Went to bed finally at 2 am and I did not sleep at all. Total night wasted. To do something like this to kids if unthinkable. My kids were terified because we were in different country and nowhere to go, and I paid at front and it was really expensive because it was NY. You don't expect that from 4 star hotel. I wrote to hotel manager same night but she did not even answer or made an apology. Not a word. Nothing. Great social skills I mus say. I asked for her 3 times in hotel since we booked 4 night stay but she was never there. She will be there at 9. At 10 she is not there. Seriously? I guess she did not want to talk to me. We got the other room tommorow, although they first said that we can not have another room. But not even courtesy to say sorry from the manager. She did nothing. Staff is really trying to help us, but MS Nora did not have courtesy to introduce herself and we stayed there for 4 days. Hospitaly big fail. We later heared that a lot of rooms have heating issue. Well I guess she does not care at all. Worst experince in my life and the most rude person that I have not ever met.

A little strange hotel, in addition they charged us 15 euros for a towel that got a little dirty with lipstick.
