Amazing place. The location is really good, close to some key places to visit as well as metro lines/bus stops so you can get anywhere within a reasonable amount of time.
We came during a massive heat wave of temperatures of around 40 degrees Celsius, the room came with AC which felt like heaven everytime we came back to the room.
Breakfast buffet was really good, and a good mix of things throughout our few days there.
Literally nothing, it was perfect

Staff and building were great. While it was a block or two from the Metro it wasn't that big of a deal.
The AC never seemed to change cooler or warmer and in fact would shut off in the middle of the night and not come on until about 6:30 in the morning. In the heat that was not what we signed up for thinking air conditioning meant you had 24/7 air conditioning.

The location is great, the rooms are impeccable, great job to the housekeeping staff, and the breakfast is also perfect with great waiting staff.
We had very bad experiences with one staff member who was particularly rude to us in every encounter each day of our stay. She was a blonde woman with glasses. She should not be in the service and hospitality industry the way she treats people with anger and annoyance over minor requests or questions.
