Location is very good and near to bus or metro station.
Property is grand and value for money.
Kitchen is available with all utilities.
It also has bathtub and Sona.
Washing machine was missing.

Modern, clean, quite luxurious, good spaces.
Depends what you look for. The neighborhood is great for many nice places to eat, and also lots of nightlife. Avoid sleeping in the bedroom on the streetside if you want a peaceful night 😊.

the location is very good
Pretty dirty in every room
no garbage bin in the bathroom
problems with water drainage in the main bathroom
damaged wallpaper in several places around the apartment, burnt lightbulbs
