I highly recommend this condo! It had everything we wanted. Thanks Callum :)

This is an adorable condo. It’s small, but very clean and modern, and contained everything we needed. Callum came by in person to welcome us, which was very appreciated. The very best thing about this place is that it’s on the top floor, with a SPECTACULAR view of the north side of the rock of Gibraltar from the balcony. I also especially appreciated the possibility of doing our laundry in the building.

The location is a little removed from the center of things, but we didn’t mind, as the bus system is excellent during the day.

Good, but door handle needs maintenance. Could only open with brute force.

The AC worked well most of the time. Loved the view of the Rock.

It was impossible to open the front door without turning the key so hard my hand was red raw and pulling on the door handle at the same time. No instructions about this beforehand. The host was out of the country and I had to wait around for someone to help me.

Good value if you dont mind location

Great value, perfect little flat with everything you need.

The view towards the rock is onto a junkyard, and towers obscure most other views. It's a poor location which is reflected in the price, but there is a handy shop and decent restaurants just 2 min away. The whole of Gib seems to be a building site right now, and we suffered a lot of noise, drilling etc. Also, Gib isn't big, and you can easily walk to wherever you want.

Superb stay

The room was lovely and very clean. It was in a superb location.

We liked everything. There was othing that we didn't like. Plus the host was a lovely gentleman, who took time out and greet us at the property.

Perfect and very reasonably priced

really lovely room. perfect for what we needed. location was far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful but short enough distance to everything we needed. the view is amazing. Bed very comfortable.

the only downside was the water pressure in the shower was weak and the tap was a bit spluttery. no other issues at all and this was in no way detrimental to our holiday

Lovely apartment & Lovely host.

Room was exceptionally clean. Host was very nice and bed was surprisingly comfortable. I was a little apprehensive about booking a stay with a fold out couch. Bed was high, very sturdy and extremely comfortable. Location was great,.within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go.

Calum was a brilliant host he kept in contact with me up to the day we arrived. Regarding flight arrival, etc. Nothing was an inconvenience for him he met us at the property once we arrived. Once we got into the property, i could see how spotless it was. He also said to contact him if we needed anything throughout our stay. The location was great right near the centre and there is a shop 2 minutes walk away. I will definitely hope to book on 2023! And recommend this property for a lovely comfortable stay!

A brilliant value for money apartment in a good area of Gibraltar, a short walk away from the airport.

Everything was top-notch. The host took care of every little detail in the apartment, gave us a complimentary bottle of good champagne and agreed to be a witness for our wedding in Gibraltar. The view is also outstanding, there’s no light pollution like in major UK cities and you can see the star-studded night sky outlined against the rock. The price was also very competitive. No reason not to choose this accommodation.

the property was spotless and the owner was a gentleman will definitely be staying there again,over the years I’ve been coming to Gibraltar I’ve stayed in all the hotels including the Sunborn and this property beats them all by a long chalk

Close to the airport. Very comfortable bed

Not really a problem but there are places slightly closer to town. This is around 15 minutes walking.

Fantastic Apartment - will definitely stay again

Lovely apartment, great location for town, beaches and airport. Fantastic facilities in the building and spotlessly clean. Callum was super helpful, easily contactable if there was anything we needed.

Nice, simple clean flat with balcony.

Nice location as we were in the shadow of the rock. There are two buses up to the old town and a great little supermarket and a breakfast café two minutes walk from the front door. It's a small space but well designed, there is a small balcony we could sit on. The blickband commonways are clean and safe.

There was no microwave which was a bit annoying as the local supermarket had great microwavable meals! what I thought was a microwave was an oven/grill which you don't really want in 30 degree heat! I was also surprised and slightly annoyed be asked to pay a £5 'credit card fee' for a SumUp transaction. I know SumUp don't charge a transaction fee as 8 use it myself, they just charge a small commission on the overall transaction amount which the owner needs to work into the price. I would have refused to pay but my partner hates any fuss so I accepted it. On top of a £400 fee it felt unnecessary and tightwad. A shame as otherwise it was a nice stay.
