Clean , modern , comfortable , spacious , excellent breakfast , friendly staff , easy check in , good communication , well equipped eg washing machine , ironing facilities etc

Very busy road to walk down into the town and the view from balcony overlooking a cement works / scrap yard

The room was so spacious and clean and tidy, and the view of the sea was beautiful. The man on the help desk was friendly and informative, the downstairs cafe was great for breakfast and evening drinks. It's the perfect location for the beach, in fact all three beaches were in easy walking distance. The airport is also in walking distance and the town was about 25 minutes walk away although there is a small convenience store just up the road ...we will definitely be returning!

Absolutely no downside.... actually maybe the only downside for us was that we didn't have enough time to use the spa facilities, something we really want to try on our next visit

It had everything that was needed

It was a little far from the centre but when all the building has been completed it will make a pleasant walk.

🏞️The panoramic views overlooking the airport and the iconic Rock of Gibraltar were truly amazing. 🙋🏽‍♀️Service: The staff was consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. 🅿️Futuristic parking system was impressive and convenient (though keep in mind there are no free parking options). 🍹The fruit-infused water in the SPA was a refreshing and pleasant detail.

Bad apartment condition: I found dirty dishes in cabinets, stained indoor and balcony furniture, and a strong smell of cigarette smoke across the 19th floor. SPA: The wellness area needs urgent renovation. The sauna has rotten wood, the hydro-massage tub shows rust, key showers were out of order . Hidden fees & communication: We requested a marriage confirmation letter during booking, but were never informed it carried an extra cost until being charged £12 at check-in. The offered a 50% SPA discount, but it turned out to be a standard promo already available to everyone, not an actual gesture of goodwill (though we did appreciate the minibar drinks). Parking: No free parking options. We expected a much higher standard of honesty and upkeep.
