You get what you pay for. The room was fine, clean-ish, with gross stains on the carpet. They say laundry service is offered but not every day and it takes at least 24 hours, so if you are on a quick trip you might miss the window. Breakfast is fine, but they don't keep it full. Rooms were quiet, and our view was of the cemetery.

Convenient location within walking distance of the airport. The room was nice, but for the price I was expecting a mini fridge and reliable hot water. The water never got more than lukewarm. Also, the partial glass wall in the shower allowed for a wet bathroom floor no matter how careful I was. The breakfast buffet was decent. Friendly staff.

Staff lovely. Parking convenient behind the hotel with a free permit, or in two massive carparks on the same road. The road is extremely busy, a dual carriageway that dirty and noisy. The rooms are well soundproofed. Toiletries are basic, no complementary water in the room, basic coffee sachets and black tea are offered, along with a kettle. A lot of guests are ship crew and at times were loud and uncomfortably to be around, playing loud games and making loud video calls on their phones. I only mention that, as the staff told us that these guys represent a large part of their business, so it’s likely anyone going to the hotel will experience the same. Breakfast, even for a vegan, was reasonable and plentiful. The hotel is close to Ocean Village and a bit longer, but around 15 minutes from the main shopping streets. The unfortunate issue being the Devils Tower Road, but Gibraltar generally is crowded and except in the pedestrian areas, feels like walking at the side of a major motorway, such is the noise and dirt. Not the hotels fault, it’s just how it is.

Our cleaner on our floor was amazing, every day the room was cleaned from top to bottom. They even folded our sleep wear ! All the staff were helpful friendly and polite at all times.

Surprisingly nice. Clean, well organized use of space in our rooms. Excellent breakfast (as good or better than our fancy hotel in London!) Excellent customer service at front desk. We were impressed!

Beds were very uncomfortable. You can hear other people talking from other rooms. Parking is very limited and they have few spots available on the streets that were not monitored for people not staying at hotel. We had to parked 3 blocks away in a public parking and pay for it. Hotel is not centrally located and to get to places there is a lot of walking distance involved.

Superb service from check-in to departure. All staff so friendly and attentive. Excellent location - 10 minutes walk from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the city centre. A well priced hotel in what is typically an expensive location for hotel stays. Will definitely make this my first choice of accommodation on my return.

Brilliant hotel literally a 5 min walk from the airport and a 7-8 minute walk into town. Staff couldn't do enough for us, very professional throughout. Breakfast great and fresh each morning, had an evening meal one night too, also great. Live TV in the lobby, drinks bar open until late. really Great hotel!!!!!

We wish that either the rooms had a refrigerator, or that the hotel had an ice machine. On our vacation thoughout Spain every hotel that we stayed in had a refrigerator except this one. Otherwise everything was fine,

Staff were very helpful, and welcoming ,cleanliness was great. Only complaint was the towels they provide aren't as good quality as the hotel.ie the towels weren't very good quality and the breakfast was very good overall a very nice stay.

On checking in we were advised there was no hot water in the property & no indication of when it would be available. Luckily it was back on by the evening when we wanted to get ready to go out, but not the best start. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Easy access to everything & very quiet despite being so close to the airport runway. Breakfast quality was average at best, but plenty of availability.

Day/night stopover for National Day. Fantastic hotel for this purpose. My wife did not like the cooked breakfast, but I thought it was good. Very clean, polite professional service. Will be staying here again.

The receptionist at check in wasn’t that helpful. I arrived on my own with luggage while my husband returned our rental car. I would have appreciated some help as it was obvious I wasn’t managing. The next day, another receptionist more than made up for this with her friendly interaction and helpfulness.
