Situated in New Braunfels, this lovely condo for $382 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. 2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: 1 Queen 1 Twin. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. This fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has spectacular views of the the Comal River and Schlitterbahn. The living room has great views of the Comal and features a brand new leather queen sofa bed. The master bedroom has a King size bed and a private bath, as well as a TV. The guest bedroom offers 1 Queen and 1 twin. There is a second bath located conveniently in the hall. Freshly redone kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops flow into the open living room. This homey common area offers wonderful views of the Comal River! All bedrooms and bathrooms come stocked with high quality linens. This condo has direct access to the River. Jump in your tube and enjoy the day. You are only allowed to have two vehicles at this property. Walk to the Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and downtown. The closest tube outfitter to this condo is Comal River Toobs which is .2 miles away. This condo is on the second floor and does not have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Guests will be allowed 2 vehicles on premise with parking passes and 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. We also manage unit 317 at this complex, if you have 12 guests these 2 condos are perfect for your group! **WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time! To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500. WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact Property Manager for pricing details. Our BEST family vacay yet!
Last year, we rented a unit in this complex from NB Escapes and had such a wonderful experience... that we did it again! This year, the previous rental was no longer available, but the unit next door (307) was, so we decided to book it. It exceeded our expectations greatly. Beautiful, updated appliances and bathrooms. We had six adults (and two ended up sleeping in the living room), but all agreed that there was plenty of space: we never felt like we were tripping over each other. One of the top reasons we chose this location is, well, the LOCATION. We brought our own toobs and put into the Comal River just steps away from the condo. After an amazing 1.5 hour float, we exited and walked back to the condo (about 10–15-minute walk), then did it all over again and again and again. When we weren't toobing, we could walk to the town square to get breakfast, coffee, dinner, drinks, ice cream, shop, etc. We hardly used our vehicle in the five days we stayed. The other reason we chose to book this trip again is that the team at New Braunfels Escapes is professional and attentive. They make is easy for us to enjoy a relaxing vacation, while they take care of the details. We received a few texts from them during our stay to check if we had everything we needed. They made sure door and gate codes were ready and waiting when we got into town. The property has designated covered parking spots close to the units and security officers who were very visible and friendly. AC was running and the unit cooled before we arrived (during a heat wave, so this is very important!). The unit is clean, neat, and comfortably furnished. The property is nicely manicured with picnic tables and grills (we grilled fajitas one night!). It was a fabulous long weekend! We loved everything about our experience. We will be back again, and we have recommended NB Escapes to our friends (and the random toobers who looked jealously at us chillin' on the riverbank as they floated by). This is our happy

Good location for short float
Nice location and common area along the Comal river. Jump in and float slowly for about an hour and 20 minutes then a 15 minute walk back. Clean property. A few issues like broken chair, slow draining water and no patio chairs, struggled with getting living room TV to work, but made owner aware of some of these. Nice to have barbecue pits to use with picnic tables. Overall, a good stay.

Good location, nice condo
The condo itself is nice - updated and clean. Well stocked kitchen, great shower, frig with ice/water in door, good AC. You can see the river from the condo and there are steps that lead directly to it, but there is not a private balcony. The balcony is just the landing at the top of the stairs by the front door and is shared with the neighbor. The back bedroom is really dark, which I loved for sleeping! Beds are not bad - not the best, but not bad. Directions for TV remote in bedroom are NOT accurate but we figured it out. Living room TV turned on but remote didn’t control channels so we never watched tv in there. The TV is just cable channels - no Smart TV (Netflix, prime...) access. There are Alexa echos in the condo, which was nice. Walkable to 444 Tubes and to town and to the chute at the city park. My biggest complaint would be the noise from Schlitterbahn. It is RIGHT across the river so we heard leaf blowing every morning for at least 30 minutes and then loud music all day, so enjoying coffee or drinks outside/on the balcony was not ideal. Besides that, good experience. Good communication with rental company and clear directions.

Perfect location on the Comal
The property was beautiful with comfy furniture and mattresses. The location on the Comal was perfect. We floated two days and would stop off at the condo for lunch and then continued floating the river. There are spots on the river where you can just stand and enjoy the water. The water is very low right now but still very enjoyable. The condo needs a better can opener. LOL! The little one there is pretty hard to use. But the kitchen had everything else we needed. The dishwasher doesn't seem to be working. I did a load of dishes and they didn't get very clean so I don't know what it needs. There are plenty of restaurants near by and grocery stores and we were able to walk to a tube rental business. I will definitely be staying here again!

Great escape!
This was an easy vacation rental and a great spot on the Comal! Two bedrooms were a perfect family get away! Having the kitchen kept us from having to eat out! The kids were so excited to see the deer outside of the gate every morning! The location is perfect for a “short” float for smaller kids. Can drop in here and float to the bridge and get out and walk back. It was about a 30 min float. To float to the end was about an hour or so longer. But so nice that we can just walk back. The property is in great condition. There was maintenance working daily to make sure guests had the best stay

Nice time overall!
We enjoyed our stay at the Comal River condominiums in unit number 307. We loved the location of the condominiums as they were right on the river, the picnic tables and two grills were also nice. All of the deer that roamed the area were pretty special as well. There are a few things I will say about the condominium that needs attention, I am not a carpet person and I would have much preferred the bedrooms not having old carpet in them, the carpet was old and dated with stains. The rug runner in the hallway also was downright nasty and covered in stains. The master bedroom Bed mattress needs replaced as it was not very comfortable and my hips hurt by the time I woke up in the morning, the white comforter on the bed also had stains on it and that is very unacceptable seeing that it is such an easy fix to replace the bed comforter and the rug in the hallway. Even though the condominium location was nice being on the river it is also literally across the river from Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort Headquarters it was a daily routine very early in the morning that Schlitterbahn prepares for their day with very loud machinery and leaf blowers all over the property making it a total piece killer if you are one to enjoy your mornings and you can forget about serenity if you’d like to drink your coffee by the river in the morning before 9 AM. this was such a problem that my sister who is staying in unit number 305 would not want to return, but overall we enjoyed our new Braunfels vacation.

Fantastic location on the Comal
We enjoyed our stay, however....Residents can be obnoxious in regards to security. We all had wristbands but still felt harassed by their micromanagement of the property. Perhaps they need their own vacation away from the area on Summer weekends when condos are rented by guestd.

Great place to stay!
We have been coming for many years and while floating the river in previous years we have always admired these condos. They lived up to the admiration! Perfect location with great accommodations. Will be staying here again. My college daughter and her friend floated the tube shoot, got out had a snack and then finished the float. No need to pack a bunch of stuff to the river. Security at night was nice too.

Do you want to be next to the river?
If you want to be close to the river this is the condo for you! We really enjoyed staying here. We had enough sleeping arrangements for our family of 6. We were right next to the river and Schlitterbahn! Lots of places to eat nearby and lots of tubing too! Thank you for our stay and everything the condo provided for us.

Great river getaway
The condo was a perfect homebase to explore New Braunfels and the surrounding area. The unit was very clean and the grounds were kept in great condition. I could see where it may get a little noisy in the busy season but was super quiet and relaxing in mid October. Would love to stay here again.

A great place to stay!
We needed a place to stay while looking for a home, We loved the location of the condo because we could walk safely and easily to downtown for dinner, shopping or exercise. The deer come out to play every day on the property and since we stayed the first quarter of the year there were very few floaters on the Comal so the noise level was also low! Management was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing get away for the family
Great location right on the river, very clean inside and well kept grounds. The management was in contact with me thru emails everyday and gave me all info needed if we had any problems. My family of 6 had a great time and plan on staying here again. IT WAS PERFECT.

Winter Get Away
Property management was helpful and courteous. Property was somewhat outdated and was not cleaned properly or recently. Examples master bath tub shower was old and needs replacing. L.R. furniture unclean, D.R. all chair legs were loose, dry food crumbs in cabinets. The area was easily walkable and we enjoyed the small town atmosphere with the convenience of retail and eateries close by.

We enjoyed the activities and walking places in New Braunfels. Very friendly people and a nice small time feel. The Comal river Is a beautiful area to rfelax.

Great Condo
Came to town for a friends wedding and this place was great! Walking distance to just about everywhere we needed or wanted to go. Nice place, good well maintained grounds. The river was lovely! Had a problem with the internet and got great customer service that got it fixed pretty quickly - on the weekend too!

Comal River Condo 307 December 2016
Good location, nice to have a kitchen, living room, and 3 beds. However, A/C was not working, and the bedrooms have no ceiling fans, so sleeping was not good when it got unseasonably warm. Water heater is small, so hard to take consecutive showers. Plates arced in microwave.

Great location - Quiet and peaceful during offseason
Great living room and amenities. They have you stocked up with everything you could need including extra blankets and a fan. The view is fabulous and the dining area is perfect. Large bar area to prepare and serve food. Great riverside common area for relaxing.

Comal river condo
Loved the location, but found the air conditioning to be inadequate, especially at night. When we attempted to contact the management office about the issue, we got an answering service who told us management was gone for the day and that we could call back tomorrow. Also, the dishes in the cupboards were FILTHY and the eating utensils were so small they looked like they were from a child’s play set. We definitely felt that this place was not worth the money we paid and next time we will find a place with an efficient air conditioner.

Hill Country escape
Our stay in this condo was for month of Jan. It was in a great location, close to downtown so we walked there many days for coffee, shopping, and farmers market! It was also easy to get around that area, close to Landa Park and Arlans small town grocery was great!
The condo itself was adequate, new appliances in kitchen but the dishes were ancient, couldn't put in microwave! Had carpet in hall and bedrooms, didn't feel it was very clean, and there was no head board, felt like I was always getting my head caught up in curtains, otherwise bed was very comfortable.
The staff checking in was awesome, and later when we had questions! Will use them again when we return!

River place
The condo was superb. Perfect view and setting. Great way to get in the river and float out. We had everything we needed there. Enjoyed this condo/apt. We had 4 adults and two kids and had enough room. Great place to stay.

Summer Vacation
Took my grandkids to the river for summer vacation. PRO: The condo is a great location. CON: When we arrived at the condo it was extremely HOT inside. They should have turned down the A/C knowing that we were coming. We burned up the first night!!! Didn't get any sleep. The A/C doesn't go below 70 degrees which is ridiculous. With it being 103 outside during the day. The second night was cooler but we had to go out and buy a box fan for the master bedroom. It's really hot back there. They has a tall fan that was broken at the base and it DID NOT put out any air. They need to provide a box fan. I don't understand why they have the temp of the A/C blocked from turning it down. Your best sleep is at 67 degrees. We did not get much sleep while we were because of the A/C. They also only had one cereal bowl. Had to go out and buy bowls for the kids. They only have four plates availbale and styrofoam plates that were so cheap. The silverware looked like my grandkids play set that came with there play dishes. They could at least provide better silverware. AGAN, we had to go out and buy plastic ware. If you don't mind sleeping when it's warm at night then this is the place for you.

Great River Escape!
We have been to this group of condos many times though it was our first time in this particular condo. We ALWAYS have a great time here. The views are amazing, there’s great green space to hang out, shallow spots and stairs great for kids and just hanging in the river plus you can do a short float from one end of the property to the next which again, is great for the kiddos. This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable!
