Loft House 이용후기(2023-1028 - 1110)

식사는 제공되지 않았고, wifi는 무료로 속도는 보통(한국의 5G환경에서 지내다 왔습니다. 감안해주세요) 주차는 지정주차로 무료.(단 일정 중 엉뚱한 차가 차를 대는 경우도...) 문의 사항은 빠르게 답변해 주는 점은 좋았습니다. 숙소 내 세탁기, 냉장고, 식기세척기, 인터넷tv(유튜브, 넷플릭스, 디즈니 등등, 단 본인 계정사용해야 함), 인덕션, 식기 및 후라이펜 있음 네스프레소 에센자 미니(C30 ? 모델명 부정확)있고, 처음에 캡슐4개, HOUSE KEEPING후 4개 이용함 가운, 수건 있습니다. 세탁용 캡슐세제, 식기세척용 세제도 몇 개씩 있음. 숙소 아래에 Zabka가 있어 편리하고 조금만 나가면 현지 마트, 주류마트, 트램 등 모두 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 이용해서... 아, 에어컨&히터 겸용 장치가 있어 매우 좋았습니다. 또, 브리타가 있는 점도 낮게 평가할 수도 있겠지만 저는 높이 평가합니다. 사소한 부분이나 필수적인 부분이었구요. 샤워기 상태나 온수도 매우 만족했습니다. 다음에 기회가 있다면 ? 다시 이용 할 겁니다. 통신 환경에 대한 부분은 이미 경험했으니 내가 대비하면 되니까요. 이 이외에는 모든점이 평균이상, 10점 만점이라면 9점 이상을 드리고 싶습니다.

호스트가 사전 메일로 상세한 안내를 해주었지만, 비행 중일 때 메일이 들어왔고, 정작 현지 도착해서는 데이터 로밍이 느려서 내용 확인이 불가. 게다가 숙소 인근이 데이터 로밍 상태가 최악이었음(Orange, T mobile 모두 연결불량, 1칸 또는 연결안됨) 숙소찾는데 거의 40여분을 허비함. (15시간 비행하고 나서 밤10시넘어서 이 상황을 겪는다고 생각해 보세요) (숙소의 문제나 책임은 아니지만, 이 정도 불편을 유발 할 정도라면 통신인프라가 매우 열악한 지역이라는 증거이기도 합니다) wifi는 노트북, tv를 함께 쓰다보면 tv의 OTT가 정지하거나 끊김. 13일을 묵었는데 house keeping은 단 한차례뿐. 요청해야 House Keeping 해주는 시스템인가요 ? (10일차 쯤 요청하려했으나 그냥 포기함) 다른 점은 모두 수용할 만한 수준이나, 통신 환경만큼은 어떤 방법을 써서라도 개선되어야 합니다. 주요 통신사와 연결이 제대로 안되는 환경입니다. 참고로, 비에라니, 광장쪽 등 이외 지역에서는 로밍 매우 잘 되었습니다(기기의 문제 없음. 아이폰, 갤럭시 2대 사용 중)

Comfort and peace a few minutes from the city center

Everything was perfectly fine. Following the instructions, we found parking and accommodation without any problems. Underground garages have wide paths, we had no problem with a large SUV. From the garage by elevator to the apartment, door opening is by code. The room was absolutely flawless - perfectly clean, spacious, excellently equipped. Large bathroom, clean towels, large robes and toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped - but we didn't need it. A small automatic Nespresso coffee machine, with coffee capsules, sugar, tea, coffee creamer in the fridge. The bed is spacious, comfortable, clean sheets. And to top it all off, in the house (pre-booked) SPA - sauna, fitness + jacuzzi. The location of the house is excellent - a quiet place by the river. About 10 minutes walk to the center without any problems. Excellent quality/price ratio - I recommend it.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung, etwas undurchsichtig zwecks Parken und SPA

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr schöner und hochwertiger Ausstattung, sehr angenehmer SPA-Bereich (in dem Fall eine finnische Sauna und eine türkische Dampfsauna, die bei Bedarf angeschaltet wird), sehr hilfsbereites Personal im Eingangsbereich. In wenigen Minuten waren wir zu Fuß in der Stadt, dies war sehr angenehm.

Ich fand es etwas undurchsichtig, dass nicht bei der Buchung klar war, ob man für den Parkplatz zahlen musste, am Tag der Ankunft wurde uns dann geschrieben, dass es 50 Zloty für 24 Stunden kostet und wir im Nebenkomplex parken sollen (es stellte sich heraus, dass unser Komplex aber auch über Parkplätze verfügte). Die Adressen sowohl des Parkplatzes als auch der Unterkunft waren schwer zu finden, da Google Maps noch das Baufeld darstellte. Ebenso unklar war bei der Ankunft die Ankunftszeit: Bei Booking stand 15:00 Uhr check-in, bei der Buchung stand auf einmal 16:00 Uhr und am Tag der Ankunft war es wieder 15:00 Uhr. Was wir sehr fragwürdig fanden war, dass uns am Tag der Anreise mitgeteilt wurde, dass diese Woche das SPA im Komplex nicht zur Verfügung stünde und die Gastgeberin uns doch gern das SPA im Nachbarkomplex zeigen würde. Als wir die Entfernung sahen, dass man eben nicht mal schnell im Bademantel ins SPA kommt, haben wir am Empfang des Komplexes nachgefragt und wurden nur verwundert angeschaut. Der Portier überreichte uns eine Schlüsselkarte, womit wir in das SPA im Keller gehen konnten. Unser Zimmer war etwas hellhörig.

ООООЧЕНЬ уютное место. Была во многих апартаментах Вроцлава - и считаю эти самыми лучшими. Все детали на месте - стиральная машинка, капсулки к ней. Кофемашина и капсулки к ней. Соль, Сахар , посуда и многое другое. Чистота, аккуратность и отзывчивость персонала. Очень понравилось заселение без личной встречи (по коду доступа) - для интровертов идеальный вариант. Благодарю за проживание

Apartment just great! Attention to detail is outstanding, really cool, fresh design. Good strong WI-FI, Netflix. The feel of a 5 star hotel.

Really difficult check in, the owner made an effort to make it easy, but it is still more confusing than it could to be (SMS with the foto is a bit misleading, that causes a lot of runing around). The neighbors and security were great, they helped to check in.

Modern and comfortable

Extremely comfortable apartment with everything you could wish for. All modern facilities and walking distance to the old town. Parking was good if not a little confusing to start but not the apartments fault and the staff came within minutes to assist. Would highly recommend.

I wasn't sent pictures ahead of time and it took 20 minutes trying to figure out where the lockbox was in the garage. Also host didnt answer phone at first. Neighbors were noisy

Extremely friendly hosts. Thanks for earlier check in. It is not so common. Location of the apartment is perfect, free parking. The apartment is more beautiful in reality than in the photos. Coffee machine is like rescue at the morning. And welcome set with wine and fruits than we could feel like special guests.

Amazing apartments, perfect for a couple

We enjoyed every part of our stay at the LH Apartments - from helpful service before arriving, to an amazing welcome with small touches all over the apartment. We felt really special! The bed is super comfortable and everything was clean and ready for us. It was equipped with everything we needed - and more! An amazing apartment, perfect for a couple! The host was available at any moment and was extremely helpful. Definitely will visit again :)
