Excellent river view! Clean and tidy. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I like the room with a river view. At first I was given the room with no river view despite that I paid for it with the main booking. I was told that I changed the room when adding breakfast to my booking. I was shocked as if I knew that by doing that I would lose the river view I would have preferred to eat out. Fortunately after complaing to the Booking.com Team the Receptionist managed to find a free room. The room I recived was as I was imaginging. I was very satisfied with it.

That by adding breakfast to my booking I lost the room with the view of the river. I paid a higher price for it...

Odpoczynek, relaks i piękny widok.

Fantastyczny widok z okna! To najwspanialszy pobyt, jaki miałam we Wrocławiu. 15 minut spacerkiem do Rynku, obok - ulubionej Katedry Św. Jana Chrzciciela, statki i łódzie - na wodzie, muzyka na żywo - z brzegu. Jest cudowne! Miła obsługa: zameldowanie odbyło się w 3 minuty, z szacunkiem i uśmiechem. Pyszne śniadanie: do wyboru trzy opcje oraz opcja wegetariańskiego menu. Wspaniały hotel!

Niestety, musiałam jechać dalej!))

The staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not a buffet - everything came on one plate whether you wanted it or not. Fruit, salads, meat, cheeses, breads, sauces, hot food all together. I eat everything so not too bad for me, but my wife is vegetarian and would have preferred not to have the cold meats on there. The selection was pretty good though! 👍

- The room was very clear; - the location is quiet and close to the old town and Flixbus bus stop; - a powerful hairdryer; - very friendly staff; - kettle, tea and coffee in the room; - a small shelf in the shower <3; - lovely served breakfast (you can choose from available options what you want to eat).

Really liked the Value (but just in comparison to other hotels in town). I liked the fact that they were serving breakfast to your room. Thats classy! Very friendly staff.

I stayed for two nights. The first night was very noisy. Second night was fine. The rooms are very small, but I guess its fine if you are traveling alone and not for too long.

Really great value for money and the breakfast is a must have while visiting WenderEDU!

The best breakfast I ever had in a hotel, vegetarian option was really well thought of and filling - which is rare. The room service with breakfast was exceptional and I hope this practice remains even after the pandemic, because it is awesome!

The room could be a little bit cosier (like a carpet or something).

The building and room were all nice and clean (maybe just bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable, or it's because I love really soft beds 😅) , staff was absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful🥰. Also breakfast was really nice (especially the pancakes!). Location is lovely. You can have a walk along the river or go to the Dominikańska shopping center and/or Rynek , what is just 10 min to walk away. Bus and tram stops is ca 200m away. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great located, clean hotel with nice and helpful staff.

Rich and variable breakfast. Kind and helpful personnel. All additional requirements e.g. child's bed have been fulfilled. Location - really nice location, not so far from Old Town and view for the river directly from the window

Lack of elevator - could be a problem, mostly if you're traveling with small children or on the wheelchair.

i really like hotel assistants, they were so professional, the miss in reception tell me all important staff, and offer me a paid breakfast, cleaning and other nice staff, and then a man offers me a help with my suitcase. the room and bathroom was so clean, staff in really good condition. and localisation of course, the best!

only thing i didn't like was long stair's, it's pretty poor that they don't have a elevator

Great location - nice old monastery just on the riverside (walking distance to all nice places), due to Covid situation breakfast were served in room (possibiliy to chose from 3 types of menu)

There was no lift in the hotel and no fridge in the room.
