Nice room for the family group

Less than 2 days before we were due to arrive we were asked to transfer a security deposit (which was to be refunded on our departure) to a bank account. We were on the road and the option they provided did not work. We tried calling them several times but the staff were unable to help. Needs a better system

Experience high level room.

There is many food we can choose , and the lessor reply questions soon. Room View is good .

There is no front desk to put baggage , so need to go luggage service for 20RM .

Sorry but the bed so hard, we can not sleep well.

What i like is only the location and the restaurant and cafe around there are nice. The room is so so.

I don't like the bed so hard, like sleep on the wood. We can not sleep well. The room design is not comfortable. Also the host or owner not so friendly. Hospitality is very important for hotels or Apartments business. So, be nice .

The house is comfortable, cozy, and clean, making it suitable for a family stay.

The condo's parking situation is a nightmare. The card access is faulty, leading to long waits and malfunctioning machines. Moreover, the parking is on the 9th floor, requiring a dizzying drive in a roundabout. Unfortunately, we won't be returning due to the terrible parking system.

I have been able to work smoothly thanks to a good wifi.

The room furnitures are very minimal: no a table or buffet nor a seat in this big space. Fridge and micro-wave are on the floor!! Wardrobe doors, hanger and the (lonely) table lamp are of minimum quality. Everything is at the bare minimum.

Good apart from problem with the lift excess card.

Location

The key to operate the lift isn’t practical. Some work and some doesn’t work. You have to tap a couple of time to get it work and sometimes by trying to do that you missed your floor.

room is complete. all basic facilities are there. large windows, can sleep with the view of the city. convenient location. coffee shops at the ground floor

winding ramp up the parking lot and its very high. only took the car out once, and walked all the time.

Exceptional

Location, clean and comfortable perfect for a few days stay in Penang. The upgrade from a two to three bedrooms apartment with a sea view for only a small change in price was most welcome.
