Wonderful Inn in the heart of Magog.

O Bois Dormant is always our favorite place in Magog. Close to restaurants, shops, hiking and more. The staff are always welcoming and ready to share stories that make our visit special. Save room for a hearty breakfast.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. But they need to change the king size mattress.

The location was great. Close to everything. The hosts were very nice and polite. Our room was clean and large. Charming and beautiful historic house. Breakfast was very tasty and coffee was very good. They served us a fruit smoothie with soy milk. It was a a nice surprise.

The matress was very uncomfortable (sagging). My husband didn’t sleep all night. We couldn’t adjust the water temperature in the shower. No cold water, just extreme scalding hot.

Peaceful, easy and confortable.

The host Mariam and Patrick are wonderful, very kind , respectful and helpful. I loved their gastronomic healthy breakfast, pretty house and quiet neighbourhood.

Great place to stay.

Patrick and Maryam were great hosts. They both helped us with info on hikes to do and things to see. The breakfasts were execllent. We stayed 5 nights in October and were very happy.

O Bois Dormant is a charming century old home in a quiet neighbourhood minutes from Magog's beautiful waterfront and 5 minute walk to the main street where you will find a multitude of great restaurants and lovely little shops. The B&B is hosted by Maryam who was very welcoming and gracious! She was very helpful in planning what to see and do in Eastern Townships. Our room was very comfortable with a king size bed and beautiful bathroom that had an amazing shower. Her attention to detail in the amenities offered were very thoughtful. The breakfast that was included both days was a culinary experience. It was delicious, plentiful and health conscious. Fresh fruits with smoothies, croissants with ham, cheese and pears along with salads and delicious eggs that ended with a tasty Iranian sweet. The presentation of the food and drink was as appetizing as the food. Would highly recommend this B&B to anyone travelling to the beautiful Eastern Townships.

Wonderful experience all the way around. A lovely place to stay and visit Magog.

O Bois Dormant is one of our favorite inns. The staff are wonderful and the location is excellent. The breakfast is always a real treat with fresh and innovative meals. We even had a surprise. The owner gave us a beautiful room with a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the garden. We decided to stay in that night and had our wine and picnic dinner on the balcony. Perfect ending to our trip to Quebec. We will return again to this great spot.

Everything was perfect. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The building and room were fantastic and well worth every penny. Though it's a heritage building, there was not a spec of dust, nor a creaky hinge to be seen.

Lovely stay

Breakfast was outstanding. The lady serving breakfast was very friendly, attentive, and shared great information about the B&B. It is located right in the middle of historic Magog, with ample restaurants , cafés, bars, grocery stores, and shops within a few minutes walk.
