This fully furnished cabin sleeps up to 8 guests and is located on six acres overlooking the lake just two miles from the rural village of Penn Yan, NY. You are only minutes away from Keuka College, Keuka State Park, several terrific restaurants and many of the Finger Lakes' award-winning wineries. On the other side of the lake you'll find the Penn Yan Airport and a challenging 18 hole golf course. Sunrises over Keuka Lake are really special, so "A Beautiful Place" is great for a romantic weekend getaway for two. It's also perfect lodging for a wine tasting or ski trip, or a fun family vacation!

My husband and I chose this property for our first vacation with our baby! We were so happy with the check in process and communication prior to our arrival. We loved having the fenced in yard for our dog as well! We all enjoyed the amenities and the location was perfect for heading into town and close to amazing local wineries! Thank you! We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the lake and deer grazing each day. Close to Penn yan, we found some good hikes/walks to take our dog on, and good take out. Laurentide brewing was dog friendly in their carriage house. Place was clean and cozy. Thanks for a great stay!

Thank you to a Beautiful Place. We had a medical emergency in the family and had to be up in that area for medical appointments and proximity to the hospital. A Beautiful Place was a wonderful respite for the weekend. The view is relaxing. The fireplace keeps you warm. The fenced dog area is great for nighttime. The host communication was easy.

I was looking for somewhere to get away for the weekend with my boyfriend and parents. Together we all have 5 dogs which was next to impossible to find a place to accommodate them all. Coming across this place was the best! The property owners were super helpful and very nice to talk to. I appreciated the understanding and felt very welcome to their property. The cabin was very clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and I loved the privacy from the neighbors. It was great being able to spend the whole weekend relaxing at the cabin playing games and watching the deer explore through the yard. I would love to come back again in the spring time to be able to enjoy the porch and fire pit in warmer weather! :)

Your property is beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The view was absolutely gorgeous. That was the first vacation we took our black lab as well and she loved it with the fenced in yard. Penn Yan is a cute little town and we enjoyed the Keuka Restaurant. Thank you very much for opening your beautiful house to us.

The cabin was extremely clean, beautiful and well-stocked (except I didn't find a pair of scissors). I loved the skylights and the view out the sliders and off the deck. Deer feeding at night and returning in the morning. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous. The weather for October was unusually warm. Sasha and I sat on the deck and actually fell asleep. Sasha enjoyed the fenced-in yard. The rest of the acreage was very well-maintained. A hammock in the back would be a great addition! We visited LETCHWORTH PARK which was about an hr and 1/2 away but well worth the trip. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND a BEAUTIFUL PLACE and would consider a return trip. Martha P and Sasha/Jefferson, NJ

A Beautiful Place was an ideal getaway spot for my husband & I and our pups. It’s quiet and private, but close to restaurants, wineries and grocery stores. The fenced yard was convenient and the deck spacious, although the weather kept us from using it as much as we would have liked. Tricia was very responsive. I hope to visit again!

The cabin is beautiful and cozy. We saw some gorgeous sunrises. If you have dogs, there is a convenient fenced in area for safety. The property is close to wineries and we spent Saturday at the dog friendly Windmill Market. We plan on booking again!

Very nice property. It was the perfect size for two couples. Nice location for easy access to numerous wineries and breweries and Penn Yan. We rented the property so we could attend a concert at Point of the Bluff winery. We will definately look into renting again if we go to any concerts at the Bluff next season. It is very secluded and private with a view of Keuka Lake.

Ideally, we would say our stay was a 4.59! Loved the location and ability to bring our dog. Loved being able to walk around the property and enjoy the stars at night.
The main floor was a bit saggy for our taste, but that may be personal preference. I also think I did not read carefully enough and missed that we needed to bring our own linens and that there was no dishwasher. Could have done without making beds and hand washing dishes on our getaway.
The house sits on a beautiful lot and was very convenient to what we wanted to do.

We had a family wedding close by so we booked this place. It was clean and had a beautiful view and a great location. It supplied everything except sheets and towels - maybe because it is well water. We will definitely book this place again.

Beautiful log home - couldn’t believe it was so nice! Quiet country setting, beautifully furnished. More than everything we hoped for! Nice deck out of the afternoon sun. Separate master bedroom, nice loft also - our cat loved peeking through the railings on the loft, as well as exploring outside (on a leash). 10 minutes from grocery store, 5 minutes from a vineyard, 5 minutes from ice cream. Overall had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely cabin overlooking Keuka lake. The cabin was very clean and the grounds were well taken care of. Our dogs also had a great time walking the grounds. Also appreciated the air conditioning in the cabin.

We chose the location for a 4-day family reunion to be close to those staying in Dresden on Seneca Lake. What a great choice! Not only did we enjoy stunning views and sunsets of Lake Keuka, but the spacious and peaceful property is also a welcome habitat for birds and the occasional deer.
The cabin is very well-equipped, spotless, and comfortable. The sleeping arrangements worked fine for us six with grandparents in the bedroom and our kid's family in the multi-bedded loft. (The owners connected us with a local linen rental service that made traveling even easier!)
Aside from myriad lake activities, be sure to enjoy blueberry picking at Serendipity Farm; the scenery at Seneca Mill & Falls (walking/biking trails) and Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (walking/biking/driving); and the Sprayground at Seneca Lake State Park--not to mention the surfeit of wineries and breweries!
Favorite eateries included: breakfasts at Amity Coffee and Penn Yan Diner; lunch at Tabora Farm; dinner takeout from Smokin Pete's BBQ; and ice cream from the Spotted Duck and Seneca Farms.
Will definitely be heading back to this beautiful place next time we find ourselves in the Finger Lakes region!

We loved staying at this beautiful little cabin! Our daughters (10 &13) loved playing games in the yard and basement. We also appreciated the fenced in portion so we could play fetch with our dogs. You could not ask for a more peaceful place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin has a ton of outdoor space. Inside was clean and comfortable. We had absolutely no issues and would definitely come back. I do wish they had laundry/towels but otherwise this place is prefect for a getaway.
