The location was great. But there were too many steps.

The location was right in the heart of old town. It was walking distance to everything.

There were a lot of steps so I would avoid it if you have check in luggage to carry up. It was very dark inside and mouldy.

Fantastic end to our Croatia trip!

The apartment was spotless, a very comfy large bed with a sofa and breakfast bar, the air con worked very efficiently without being freezing, which was necessary after a long day with the many steps in the old town. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was coffee/tea. The bathroom was spacious and had a heater which helped dry wet swimwear and towels. Very quaint area of the old town, you walk in from the beautiful old alleyways into modern comfort. Would 100% stay again!

Decent size apartment in a great spot within old town. Little kitchen was really convenient and A/C was a blessing

Every time we would have a shower it would flood the entire bathroom. It was so annoying. They definitely need to put a screen up to prevent that from happening

Not a hotel, more like Airbnb

The room was big and had a nice bathroom and kitchenette

This is not a hotel even though I booked it as a hotel. It was an Airbnb with no staff on site, or front desk. I had to call to access the place late at night, fortunately I had data on my phone.

Great location, approx 120 steps to access room, bad smell throughout apartment, not great condition or customer service

The location was great, everything within the Old Town is about a 2-4 minute walk from the apartment.

I stayed at the property for 4 days, as soon as I checked in I asked for extra towels (only two small towels provided for showering) and did not receive any extra towels until day 3. It should be mentioned in the advert but there were 85 steps up to the apartment entrance, then again once the apartment was entered it depends what floor you are on but we had another 34 steps to the room. It is quite difficult with suitcases etc and would not be do-able for everyone. There was a very bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom, in the mornings when the bathroom door was opened it would spread all across the room. The smell was also in the main entrance and hallway in the apartment complex and was very strong and overpowering. Also as soon as we entered the apartment we tried to get the wifi code from the wifi box which was located on a shelf above the TV, clearly the shelf was broken and just left somehow balancing on top of the shelf, the shelf broke and the box fell down and hit my head. I had to leave the box sitting on top of a stool for the duration of the stay. When mentioned to the host she did not apologize or seem concerned at all.

it’s a 9/10 Airbnb, 5/10 hotel experience

Zeljka was very helpful throughout our stay and the space itself is quite big and modern. Its a value stay for Dubrovnik prices but compared to the rest of the world you are not getting your moneys worth

Well, it really is a factor of what Dubrovnik had become in recent years. What you are getting for c.200euros a night (basically a 5-star hotel stay rate in any given large summer destination) is a ground floor, loud (due to 2 pedestrian streets next to it) Airbnb exp

Perfect for couples willing to walk up lots of steps, ideal location with great facilities

The bed was so comfortable, great facilities and we were very grateful that we were able to check in early.

The steps but that's normal everywhere in Dubrovnik so doesn't take away from this fantastic property.

Beautiful Studio Apartment! Worth it!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Very modern with all facilities and a comfortable bed. Right in the middle of the old town.

Be prepared that you have to walk 80 steps of stairs to reach the property.

Stayed here for 3 nights in the "room deluxe", DO NOT recommend! Had a moldy old smell. Reachable and accomodating host though who upgraded us the day after to the "top floor room" that was fortunately available and had a very pleasant rest of our stay: no smell, airy, nice view. Beware many steps to get there though!! As with many places in old town Dubrovnik.

Upscaled room in an old town

The room is located in the old town without allowing any cars. I knew I did not have the capability to find it. I met with the manger Ivana at the entrance of Hilton parking. That was pretty nice. The room is remodeled very good. Stores are nearby and convenient.

Clean, modern appartement in the heart of old town

The appartement is so central, close to everything. It's clean and Ivana who rented it was friendly, she helped me with a lot of stuff. This is your best option if you wanna explore the old town of Dubrovnik!

Absolutely phenomenal!

This room could not have been any better. It was absolutely perfect! I stayed here for four days as a solo travelled in July 2021. This property is high quality with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was comfortable and air condition worked wonderfully.

The stairs, of course! But that is to be expected in old town Dubrovnik. This is a strange thing to add, but my room had way too many towels. I travelled solo and I think I had 8 towels. My towels had towels! I didn’t know what to do with them all.

Nice location in Old Town. Big bathroom. Host is helpful and accommodating!

Wifi was weak and would occasionally cut out but after spending a week in Croatia perhaps this is normal.

It is a studio and very home. Host is very friendly. Although it is in the old town, ventilation is pretty good compared to our stay in the property in the split old town.

It is on the hills of the old town, so you have to take steps to get to the property. But this is what you have to deal with if you want to live in old Town.
