The hotel is so clean , the rooms are amazing and very comfortable. Location is great to visit many places and it had sea and city view . Staff were friendly

Очень качественный отель. Продуманные номера и ванные комнаты, очень комфортно и удобно проживать. Персонал видя вас, искренне радуется и желает во всем помочь. Я такого не ощущала нигде, может быть лишь в Таиланде. Чувствуешь себя желанным и нужным гостем. Качественные и разнообразные завтраки, хорошая посуда и сервировка, кофе приносят в красивых чашках. Мне все очень понравилось. Большое спасибо за гостеприимство!

Not a happy one 😫

The only thing I liked about this property was the location, towels and the pressure of the water. The room was okay we had parcial sea view but the buildings around were old. Room was okay. I recommend to find another hotel, do not believe in the pictures. Read the comments very important.

They have no room service, the people are rude and never answer thephone at the reception. It is a 4 ⭐️ hotel but it looks like a 2. It needs a lot of work on their area. The pool is sad and ugly, it is just pictures. It needs renovations like urgently. I went one day to the pool and it closes at 7PM. The life guard was rude letting guests know, we only had 10 minutes left. It is sad after walking around and hot climate, you want to rest and soak at the pool, but that would not happened. The building needs a lot of work, paint it is sad. I did not even wanted to try breakfast. We preffer to go out.

אין בריכה הרס את כל השהות

המיקום קרוב להכל והצוות מדהים אבל לא נודע לנו מראש שהבריגה לא פעילה וזה הרס את כל הנופש. אם היו מודיעים מראש זה היה משפר את החוויה

אני חייל שיצא לאפטר במיוחד ליומיים האלה וכשהגענו למלון רצינו לעלות לבריכה ולא היה אליה גישה. ירדנו לחדר והתקשרנו לקבלה לשאול על הבריכה ורק אז הודיעו לנו שהבריכה לא פעילה. מבאס מאוד שככה מגלים על פשלה כזאת רק אחרי שמשלמים ונמצאים במלון

Would stay again, but without the breakfast and will drop off the taxi at 5 Shalom Alechem st.

The room had a great view to the see. Hotel very close to the beach. The staff was well trained and willing to help.

The breakfast was tasteless in general. I found 102,00 NIS to be very expensive. The pool is awesome, but be careful because it is a little deep (nearly 1.7 m I would say). Some guests pick up more than one towel and seat, which leaves other guests without. I believe the lifeguard could be in charge of controlling that instead of being in his mobile phone all the time. The address of the property provided in Booking website (78 Hayarkon st.) has no place to park the taxi. The correct address should be 5 Shalom Alechem st. We had 6 luggages and a baby to carry, so the arrival was quite troublesome - the taxi left us in the entrance of the garage and we had to carry everything by ourselves until the entrance of the hotel (around 200m from the garage). No big deal, but we expected the entrance to be more comfortable for such a high standard hotel.

The staff, location and everything about it was wonderful. It was first time in tel aviv and I couldn't be happier with thus accommodation. The pool views are phenomenal and it's central location makes it perfect! Highly recommend staying here

Very good room service, quiet, lovely breakfast..

Pool area is not run properly, people leave towels all day and then others can't get loungers...also people smoke and no one tells them it's forbidden..needs to be run much better....

Too expensive for the value

The hotel itself its nice, the room are quite big, probably depends on the category. The pool area is space limited, I can imagine when the hotel is fully booked, not finding a space. The gym is poor, not legitimate for a 4 star hotel!! Unfortunately the area of the entrance of the hotel is a rundown are, not nice at all for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was medium, friendly staff, but it was a basement room, no windows and quite tight, once again not legitimate for a 4 star hotel.

A breathtaking view from the rooftop, the beach just across the road, and a spacious bedroom!

The size of the room was perfectly adequate for a couple; the shower was spacious and had excellent water pressure. The swimming pool on the roof was small-ish, but the view was breathtaking. The location is great, as there's a wonderful beach just across the road!

The bathroom is not entirely insulated and properly separated from the bedroom. I would have preferred to have a proper wall between the bed and the toilet.

Great hotel, need improvement in customer service

Room was good, basic in design and finish for a high end hotel, really clean and very comfortable. Female reception staff were lovely, breakfast was really good.

Male staff were helpful to the point of being useless. Just sat on their mobile phones, chatting, or giving one word answers to any question asked. Basically they were really rude.

Very convenient and cost effective. Your receptionist that helped me at the desk was exceptional.

Room was comfortable. Position is excellent. Breakfast needs improvement.

Railings in bathroom and shower were either loose or broken. This need to be attended to. A working table with chair would have also been useful

Hello, I visited with my husband in March 2023. the room is dirty, the curtains are dirty and torn. The hotel is located on the lower floors. They took it from behind the pool - upon arrival they said that it was not working and dumped it on the booking - they at least had to inform how their colleagues did on the site. There was no respect for guests at check-in. I sincerely do not recommend this hotel price and quality - does not match at all. There are other hotels on this line - take them.

To start all the stuff so amazing! She'll always helping us and informative beyond all expectations. Guy as well very attentive and always there for any need. The breakfast wow wow, so delicious and Pave, Svetlana,, Bianca, Jun and Mark always more than ready to offer all ypu can desire and smiling all the time even when was super busy.. AMAZING! The suit 1504 marvelous views, the sea and the city, so the best if both worlds, during the day the sea Breathing, in the night superb! Highly recommended for sure!!! And the swimming pool at the 33th floor a dream..Magestic viwes..Out of this world.
