good value for price, very near beach , synagogues , etc

staff was great, very helpful, changed our room to lower floor as per our request, didnt charge us extra for staying til nightfall (tho it was originally stipulated), garage under hotel, easily accessible, help came immediately when there was a problem re a.c.' great fridg (best we ever had), really cold, very many outlets, much appreciated box of chocolates.

bed lamp is connecte4d electrically to hall light so cant turnoff one without the other, movable shower head didnt work, food just good not more , would have like yoghurts for breakfast, fresh fruit that was ripe and not very hard

I booked twin beds and our room had a double bed so after taking all our cases upstairs we had to change rooms.This was disappointing

Great hotel

The position of this hotel is the best for the beaches ,bars ,restaurants . We loved the warm reception and easy checking the staff. Small rooms but very modern and tastefully done. New bathroom and very comfy beds. The Breakfast is amazing with so many choices from fresh cheeses , salads , humus , fruits , juices to hot dishes of shakshuka etc. The food and beverage manager Mr Sudani makes sure all your needs are taken care of . We would rate him and his breakfasts as the best. We will definitely return to this wonderful hotel with all its wonderfull staff.

Exceptional stay at Prima City hotel

Excellent customer service approach of reception staff especially Danielle who by far went above and beyond to ensure our safety and total enjoyment of the services provided at the hotel and at the beach. The team spirit among the staff was inviting and welcoming. The location of the hotel is unequivocally perfect and the breakfast second to none. A huge thanks to Sudani for making us so comfortable at every point during breakfast time, he is truly a brilliant gentleman. Also, a special thank you to Clarissa for helping out with directions. around the city and meeting our room service needs. What a wonderful team you are! see you soon!!

Great modern hotel, excellent breakfast, close to the Tel Aviv promenade and beach.

Great hotel with modern room and bathroom. Close proximity to the beach. Great breakfast with huge variety of everything. Friendly staff.

Was happy with everything, just a couple of minor hiccups with lifts not working. As a single traveller hotel was a little far from the centre in the heat but certainly not a big problem. a bit on the pricey side.

Everything was great!!

From the front desk to the bar to the kitchen. The staff made you feel at home. Especially Victoria the food/beverage manager was amazing!

Superb

The stay in your hotel was really special for us. The atmosphere was good and frishman beach only 0.5 km from the hotel. Always a varied selection of the breakfast menu. Special thanks to your receptionist Tehila, who always gave me advice when I needed anything. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I want to come back here again in the future. I would also like to say hello to the lovely waitress Xsenia. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Andrej and Juraj :)

Great location. Breakfast was great! Had Shabbos dinner at hotel which was excellent and reasonably priced. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would return and recommend to others

Would luke to see more shelves in bathroom and a few more hooks in room.

Very good

Simple room but everything you need is there (own bathroom, comfy bed, TV, coffee machine, water cooker, etc.) Good breakfast, helpful staff and the beach is reachable in under 5min. Overall we had a great stay

They have some problems with their doors :) The bathroom door was hard to close, whereas the door to enter the room was tricky to open. Took us always some attempts, till we managed to get in.

a lovely boutique type hotel in a brilliant location. All the staff were excellent and welcoming. A special mention to Sudani who always welcomed us at breakfast with a smile and was a great host. the food was amazing too

Pleasant stay, good location, friendly staff

The location was excellent and the reception staff were helpful when we had to get from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem on a Saturday. The beds were very comfortable.

The room was basic clean but it could use some deep cleaning since the bathroom walls were full of some weird stains and the door handle was very loose.

Convenient location, good for a short stay

Excellent breakfast buffet; fresh and delicious food. Good variety. The location is very convenient to the beach and Dizengoff street; no need to rent a car. The room is basic but comfortable and clean. The bathroom looks recently remodeled which is much appreciated.

The building itself is showing its age. However, work on the facade had started during our stay. The room was small for the price we paid.

Really nice staff, hotel room clean and more spacious than expected, great location close to the beach and the city centre.

Only thing that could be better is that a soap dish could be provided (we didn't ask for one though, as it was not that important).

Quiet lovely hotel with value for money

Firstly: very friendly and helpful team! - Thanks! The hotel is located in a quiet side street and just 2 minutes by foot from the breathtaking Tel Aviv beach. Rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. I had booked a room with a little balcony, that invited to welcome the morning with a cup of coffee. The breakfast is really good. Very fresh with a wide variety of food and warm dishes. For me, the Prima City was the perfect choice and whenever I'll return to Tel Aviv, I will definitely knock on their door again.

The rooms are clean and equipped with everything needed, but they are not very spacious. - Who knows hotel rooms in Paris will have a deja vu. I booked a double bed room with balcony, but honestly, hard to imagine how to stay in there with two adults and two open suitcases. The hotel offers bigger rooms as well, you better double check. This is NOT a complain - it's just to manage expectations.
