The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from the sea, which was very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and offered a good variety of options. Our room was cleaned very well throughout our stay, and everything felt comfortable and well maintained.
Even though we stayed during the busy holiday season, the hotel never felt overcrowded. We had plenty of space and were able to relax and enjoy our stay comfortably. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and were happy with our choice.

No complaints there at all
Parts of the hotel are looking a little tired and needs a refurb. Like the dining room chairs, the bedroom furniture and the bathrooms.

The dinning room was good, and the service at the dinning room was good
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing.
The room: It was clearly not well maintained. The furniture and wood were very old, and even the balcony looked neglected. It felt like no one was checking the rooms or paying attention to small details.
The pool & towels: The pool looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It was empty and unwelcoming, so we didn’t even use it. The beach towels we received were also dirty and had yellow stains on them.
Front desk & parking: The staff seemed very disorganized. I waited 25 minutes just to sign a paper for the gym, and eventually they reused an old form. Parking was even worse—I received different prices from Booking and the front desk, and in the end I paid 300 NIS.
I tried to get help from the PR manager, who was at least empathetic, but he had no authority to solve the issue. When he contacted the supervisor of the rooms Division Manager, the response I received was extremely rude and showed zero empathy or willingness to find a solution.
The gym was also in very poor condition, with mold on the ceiling and very old, unstable equipment.
Overall, the hotel needs serious attention to maintenance, organization, cleanliness, and especially guest service.
