1. Location.
2. Friendly team / caretakers at the Reception/Lobby.
3. Comparatively spacious room and shower.
Poor Wi-Fi Connection: Continuous, long outages lasting hours rather than minutes. Had to go out and find a coffee shop to get a reliable internet connection.
Noise from Electrical Panel: An irritating humming and buzzing noise coming from the fuse box next to the wardrobe hangers made it impossible to sleep without cutting off the main power switch.
Noisy AC Unit: The outdated Hisense AC system and control panel produced far more noise than actual cooling.
The lobby was smelly which doesn't help the first impression.
It is obvious that the owner(s) is/are capitalizing on the location, while "starving the cow"... the property is in serious need of hardware upgrade and maintenance revamp. This explains as well the price strategy of the hotel compared to other properties.

The view from the window was extraordinary, it was huge garbage dump there and you cannot see anything else. I was surprised that it is even possible and can't believe it can cost almost 200 dollars per night. Never saw something like that
The room was ok, but on the first evening I went to take showers and there was fire alarm because of that, the room is tiny, the shower is a part of a room without strong door and steam comes up. So, you are in the country where the war is going and you hear alarm, start react on it and it was just because of the steam
