The location was good,
The staff were very friendly and helpful
The room was very clean
The noise from the streets. The windows need to be triple glazed as the area is very busy. Not suitable for those with a walking issue as the shoes to the entrance has many stairs. A slope with a handrail would help.
The single mattress were very narrow

Prima is located within minutes of the beach, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast selections and display were lovely and had a wonderful view of the beach! The breakfast area turns into a Greek dining room later in the evening. We would have liked to try it, but ran out of time. It looked amazing! Our room was as shown on the website.
The desk staff were not as helpful as we had hoped. We booked an excursion through the hotel and they failed to let us know it was canceled until hours later when it was too late to reschedule. Also, the cleaning crew came in the room at odd times; late afternoon and early morning with barely a warning knock at the door.

location was good, it was clean . nothing else to say - not impressive , just basic
if I had higher expectations I wouldn't like it but for the price I didnt expect much more than a clean bed and bath
