This hotel is in the center of the city and close to the Gordon beach, but it has no reception, no elevator, no lobby or dining room, and therefore I will call it low budget hotel. On the other hand the receptionist can be easily reached by phone. The staircase is broad and safe and can easily climbed even in my age (75). We were lodged at the second floor, and there are a lot of cafe's and restaurants nearby.
The facilities are basic but you have a little refrigerator which is a great plus in a warm country like Israel.
Toilet and bath are spacious and nice, but the glass door is semi-transparent, and not isolating sounds and smells. So, you have to know your partner quite well.

The location near the beach and near to Center. Kindness and friendliness of the staff!
Nothing to report - I was maybe a little sad that there was no breakfast in the hotel at the time of my visit, but many coffee shops in walking distance …

Location was superb .
Management were extremely helpful.
I shortened my stay by one day and was given a refund with no hesitation.

It’s very central. Close to the beach and just above the busy shops of Dizengoff . It’s cheap and the bed is comfortable and usually clean.
On previous visits when I asked for things to be fixed they were. Not on this occasion. A broken curtain was not fixed and light came in too early and over three days my room was not cleaned and my towels not changed. The hotel staff were helpful and charming but didn’t do their jobs this time .
