Amazing location, pool and breakfasts were top notch as were all the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and helped when our son left his favorite stuffed animal behind which was very much appreciated.
Additionally, the breakfasts we enjoyed overlooking the Mediterranean will be remembered for a long time.
The rooms are well appointed but dated. For the price we paid I expected a more modern and updated room. The bathrooms, and in particular the shower experience, left a lot to be desired. A portion of the terrace in our room seemed loose which was concerning.

The Staff did their best to help the guests;
The Breakfast was very good and had a very nice variety of vegetables and pastries, cheeses and fruits;
The Hotel's location is excellent, close to the beach & bus stations if you want to take a trip to other parts of the Tel-Aviv metropolitan.
The Bed is comfortable.
The Hotel shows it's age, very dated facilities and rooms (at least the one we had),
The Rooms looks like it is stuck in the nineties and had a small screen old Flat TV,
The Bath\Shower is Tiny, I could not stand in it without touching the wall and protected glass (I'm 5'11", 210 pounds),
The view from the rooms that are not facing the sea is absolutely miserable, looking at old houses and buildings across the road,
The breakfast is served outside of the hotel in a restaurant-like facility on the beach (a minute's walk) across the boardwalk, not inside the hotel, which is uncomfortable,
The Parking is Super Expensive - they charge 400 NIS for 2 nights + an Extra 50 NIS if you wants to move the car to go out and come back to park - which is just rude, we waited for a long time to get back into the parking spot after we went out for dinner in a restaurant,
The Receptionist wanted to take a 1,000NIS Stand-By bill PER 24 HOURS in the hotel "for Extras" before we got the room - we had to speak to the manager in order to change that...
Do yourself a favor - pay a bit more and go to the HILTON Hotel is you like the Beach front of even better - check out the other marvelous NEW and Modern Hotels Tel-Aviv Has To offer in the Rothchild area or around Jaffa, it's a better idea.
