Great property! Central to everything. 15 min to the beach and tayalet. Free coffee and water in the lobby was a huge plus.
Construction outside almost 24/7 except Shabbat so difficult to sleep. Air conditioning was a bit finicky and had to be played with a lot to remain cool.

The hotel is in a great location close to bust stations, restaurants and shops. The staff is very nice and the place is very clean. Although the hotel was very close to the beach I was so busy and I had no time to visit it.
I was a bit disappointed that the room was very small.

The location was very good, near vibrant Dizingof st and a short walk from the sea front. The big minus was that the room I booked was very small, it actually was a room that can be used as a shelter during war. The window was very small and the AC very noisy and I couldn’t sleep two nights out of three. I mentioned it to the guy at the reception but he didn’t offer a solution. After two sleepless nights I complained and the young lady at the reception, Lana, immediately offered to move me to another room. So Igor an upgrade and could get some sleep on my last night at the hotel
I think that the rate for the single room I got for the first two nights was far too high
