Maxim Design Hotel 3 Star Superior

Very good location, very good breakfast, very nice and calm atmosphere, very clean. Tea and coffee are available all the time. Comfortable mattresses.

Initially I was given a room that didn't correspond to the room booked and paid for. However, Svetlana at reception was able to change it for me, she is really wonderful. However, I wondered what would have happened if the hotel was full. So it wasn't very well done. The AC is a very old model built into the wall, and so while the temperature was okay in the room, there was no way to make it colder, and it wasn't cold at all. However, it was still okay. All in all, these were details in the large scheme of things of a wonderful hotel.

I can’t say enough good about this gem of a hotel! I so enjoyed my stay and would book again in a heartbeat. First, let’s begin with the location - I literally cannot think of a better, more central location than this hotel. It is immediately across the street from the best part of the tel Aviv beach, it is smack in the middle of all the most gorgeous luxury hotels, and it is steps away from many great restaurants. The best location ever! Now the room - I loved mine. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed, and had many small conveniences I appreciated - from a bar fridge and safe, to nice amenities in the bathroom. I have to say that I found everything extremely clean and the housekeeping was done daily and to a very high standard. Next, let’s talk about the food - wonderful! The breakfast had great variety for a smaller hotel. So many salads and cheeses, breads, fruits, cereals, yogurts, pastries, smoked and pickled fish, hard boiled eggs, Shakshuka, roasted vegetables and roasted potatoes. And, of course, there’s a great coffee machine to make yourself lattes and coffees. I was also so grateful for their daily happy hour, where they served soup, wine, breads, pastries and other snacks. So many hotel guests participate, and many go empty their treats on the gorgeous rooftop terrace that overlooks the ocean. The staff and manager were wonderful and hospitable. I’m not sure what else the here to say, but go! You’ll be so pleased with your stay!
