Excellent place to stay, highly recommend!

Location is lovely, between two quiet beaches. Great restaurant/bar on the premises with many indoor/outdoor seating options. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, very well equipped and the beds are the most comfortable I've ever slept in!!

Stunning location

Excellent place to stay with Wollongong close by & lots of things to see & do. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful & we will definitely stay again sometime.

Breakfast was fine bistro service was appalling meals coming out too long after order in no particular order 45mins wait for a cup of coffee’s is unacceptable need to sort out your kitchen and barista staff good location nice rooms staff overall unpleasant and unfriendly my family pretty much booked out your hotel for my wedding and I guarantee it will be the last time

The hotel and restaurant staff were superb. The restaurant had a lot of staff rostered, and every single one that I dealt with was exceptional. The reception staff went above and beyond and were very friendly. The views from our room were stunning. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the heated towel rack. Parking was convenient and secure with large spaces for bigger cars.

We would have liked room service and undercover access to the restaurant from our room (as it was raining). The weather did not permit us to try out the swimming pool, which we would have liked to try. The big breakfast didn't seem very big, but the food was lovely.

A stunning location and a beautiful, generous size apartment with gorgeous ocean views, and just minutes away to the beach.

The apartments are right next to the Headlands bistro, a popular with the locals and holiday makers venue, with noise from the outside bar area well into the night. We also had quite a noisy party in one of the neighbouring apartments, so not ideal if you are after a restful break.

location to views and quiet beaches. bathroom was good and mini kitchen except microwave position and usability. Hotel on site great for some meals and cocktails amazing. Bar staff excellent!

who puts an oven microwave down that low??!! I was on my hands and knees to read the buttons!! Had to phone after hours to get an idea of its use. instructions still not detailed enough on bar code that I had no idea even had more info on it!! thought it was to do with tv. lots of guess work.. View was back street to neighbours. Four day stay but no couch or comfortable chair for watching tv. Didn’t want to sit in the bed eating and drinking.. more comfortable chairs in the hallways not being used, just for looks! so tempted to swap! Hotel location good but limited meal options. Also had to write report chef and waitress chatting and swearing loudly!! secure parking and accommodation ? The doors to both were often open for anyone off the streets to enter.. not good as a solo female travelling.

Very good

Great views, friendly staff, decent enough on-site food and drinks. Seaview Apt was spacious and well appointed.

Mattresses and pillows were decided not comfortable and in need of a replacement/refresh

Great accommodation and location here. Beach, water views and food all great.

The room, view and location were excellent. Onsite bar and restaurant were great Also in walking distance of beech and coffee shops. Good spot to take a relaxing coastal drive. We will be going back and perhaps stay a little longer. Very relaxing place to stay.

Won't stay here again.

Ease to get in and out of room, low rise building wide corridors. Nice spot on headland

Staff were a rude and lied. The lamps on bedside blew up and had no lights near the bed. Room was long narrow room so one end of room was completetly dark. Staff advised management would compensate when I checked out. At check out they said couldn't do anything. Was very upsetting as no lights in one part of the room and room was more than $300 night. Management and staff very unreasonable. Bed had huge sag so ended up with sore back and neck. Getting in and out of garage is ridiculous, waiting for an accident to happen. The card reader to enter garage is on far right and drive across short driveway and enter on the left. Cars coming out of garage must exit on right. No mirror or light to warn. Not enough parking outdoors, near hotel. The hotel/bar patrons take up all the parking and not enought parking for beach or accomodation users.

Amazing

Amazing location, the staff were incredibly helpful. The unit itself was also fantastic, so large with all of the amenities. I will definitely be returning.
