Check-in and out were easy. The room I had was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a lovely outlook. The bed was great. The location suited my business trip - convenient to meeting places with lovely outlooks. It is near to the beaches if you have the chance to go there but I did not this time.
There were no instructions on how to operate the tv and it was different to others I have encountered.

I like everything about Shellharbour resort, staff are helpful, respectful and friendly, the position, design, color choices, the pool is great and well maintained and has a resort feel. This stay the room has the new bathroom design, classy, spacious and spotless clean with every need thought of and provided for. All of that effort means excellent levels of comfort and its appreciated. The beds are comfortable i lookd forward to sleeping there after a huge working week and the a/c is quiet and blows clean smelling air.

If youtube was accessible on the viewing service it would be perfect.

Location in center of Shell Harbour really suited my purposes
The unit was only serviced if we requested it. When I have stayed in the past there was daily service except for Sundays.
