Affordable, well-located motel with generous rooms well located in Shellharbour Village

Excellent size room, very comfortable. It was on the upper level, which is fine if you are OK with stairs. Very nice welcome from the staff. Parking is on-site and was sufficent for needs, with me being able to park fairly close to the room. Very quiet and peaceful spot with easy walking access to the old village centre with its numerous cafes and small shops.

Nothing really that could be better. Very happy with the stay.

Overall my stay was ok but things mentioned above needs to rectified.

Not much

The beds were old and we itched all the time we were there. The room has insufficient light and mirror to get dressed. The shower has such a small outlet that while showering the water won't flow away. The power points were faulty and WI-FI didn't work half the time.

Our stay was not good and we won’t be staying again

Location of the motel was good it was close to everything

Room we booked wasn’t renovated like the other rooms you display on your website, room when we first walked in wasn’t what we wanted or expected and had an overpowering smell of bleach in the room which we had to open a window to air out. Tiles in the bathroom were ridiculously slippery when wet even in the shower it was bad, spa bath had stains on the bottom. Also midnight on Saturday night the aircon starting dripping from the unit which had woken us up as me and my partner are both light sleepers we tried turning it off but it was too hot to leave it off so we had to leave it on and put a bin underneath to catch the water but we had a sleepless night as all we could hear was water dripping all night. Overall we didn’t like our stay and if we were able to find something better we would of not stayed for the weekend

Garry & Kerry were grest hosts. Very auiet area to stay in a beautiful part of NSW.

The motel was centrally located and staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were immaculate and had all the comforts required. So lovely to have a power point next to the bed that was easy to reach - WOW! Very well thought out rooms.

Steps were short for our long feet LOL

Enjoyable stay in a great location

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Good sized room.

The furniture and the carpet in the room were dated. Poor light in the room with a single window for a large room.

I had some trouble during my stay. However, the staff responded immediately. Also, they were very friendly. Thank you to all the staff. It was a really good trip.

Cheap, cheerful and an easy walk to Shellharbour Village and all it has to offer.

It was clean and close to Harbour, restaurants and coffee shops

Bath had a big hob to climb in. Would be difficult for older clients

I was glad there was no smoking in rooms But No space allocated for smokers to enjoy a cigarette had to go into side street which didn’t feel safe late in night

Great size family room, enough room for our four bikes to be stored on the room with us overnight.

A lovely couple of night's in a friendly Motel and village.

The staff were very helpful in organising the type of rooms requested and their proximity to each other. Cleanliness was excellent. We've stayed here previously and love the village.

It wasn't that I didn't like it, but the small upstairs bathroom's design of where the toilet and vanity are placed made it a little awkward to move freely.

Gary at check in was very friendly and helpful with great tips on where to eat. We loved meeting his dog Frankie too :) comfortable, clean rooms in a great location
