Not worth of money

Only it is near to beach , food is ok

Not basic facilities like TV , Tables , road is not is there , too long from Gokarna

Other than beach facing, room and the food are the worst.

Room space is awesome but the facilities are the worst.

To that size of room, the ventilation and fans are not sufficient. That is so disappointing. I would hesitate to book with this resort again.

a good and memorable stay

breakfast and dinner food were really good. The beach is clean and excellent.

the room tv was not working, the cupboards were broken, the basin pipes were not working, A little more care has to be given for maintenance. and not at all happy with check-out timings. I had explicitly told them I will arrive at 4 pm and will check out at the same time on the third day. However, I had to check out at 11 am only. Please maintain 24hrs check-in.

It was great place to stay, near beach and have a quality time with friends and family.

Location is good, It is located close to beach and we can have a peaceful time with loved once. Food was good in their in-house restaurant. Staff was friendly and helping resolving your transport and sight seeing issues.

All the things were good, I would recommend more cleanliness in the washroom. Family room was big in size but washroom was not maintained well.

The location is really great and we thoroughly enjoyed

the challenge was with the food. Food was not at all tasty and there is a lot of improvement needed to make food a lot better.

Honest review of a traveller

The Location was very good...close to the beach and get access to a private and secluded beach

To find this hotel is a pain as we reached in the evening couldnt figure out the way and they havent marked it properly with lights

I would defiantly not recommend 'Family room', maybe other rooms are not that bad.

Location was good, it was attach to beach. Food was also good especially dal-kichdi.

- We only had 1 washroom for 7 people. - Washroom was not clean. - Bed where not at all comfortable. - Room was too how, fan didn't help, and mosquitoes did not let us sleep in night. - There where not much restaurant options outside, so you are stuck with one in hotel.

A memorable stay with a beautiful private beach area and needs some attention to room maintenance

The location of the resort is away from Kumta town and suitable for the people looking for a private space for vacation. The private beach area is very well maintained and the dinners are arranged near the beach along with campfire is a special one and highly appreciated for the whole setup during night time. Care taker Vinod is very supportive in guiding the required things for guests inside and outside the resort as well.

The rooms can be maintained in a little better way which are little stinking and the bathrooms have leakages which needs to sorted and taken care. Food is not upto the mark and we had to bring it from outside restaurants couple of times as they don't have wide menu and tasted bad especially non-veg items.

Highly recommended place for an refreshing and relaxing trip

We selected this blue ocean sands beach place for destination birthday party🎂 of our baby.. The place was very peaceful and clean.. Especially the staff were very polite and friendly.. The rooms and service were also perfect..they serve very delicious food in time on our order.. Overall it was a wonderful and relaxing trip.. Will plan one more trip very soon..🙂🙂

Rooms were clean, AC and geyser worked,

Dining area was unhygienic, Food was OK at best. Staff was hard to reach. General cleanliness was a miss with bottles and plastic cups strewn near stairs. Door got jammed and needed a bit of effort to lock. Not worth the money spent.

Overall I just liked the private beach

I just liked the private beach.

I didn't like the room. The rooms are overcharged with no facility. No cutlery or kitchenette. The rooms bed mattress were very dirty. Food was also not good in the resturant.

A good place with a nice ambience, friendly staff with professional behaviour and service.

The location was good, the place was well maintained, the staff were very polite, and the service was very professional. A good place for family/couple/friends to relax and enjoy the beach and the stay.
