Très bon emplacement mais le rapport qualité prix n’y est pas…

La localisation, près du port, des restaurants, de la plage, des boutiques.

L’insonorisation, très mauvaise, dans notre chambre nous entendions toutes les personnes qui passaient dans le couloir, ainsi que tout ce qui se passait dans la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre..

Le manque de discrétion des voisins de chambre. (Manque de civisme ).. Nuit compliquée.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff in a great location

We stayed @ Tomir for 8 nights in their Junior suite with a balcony and sea view. The room was nice, cosy and clean and we got exactly what was advertised in the pictures. The hotel is located in a very well-accessible location. It's is few minutes walk away from the beach, an array of great restaurants and a village where you get almost everything. The best part about this place is its staff, they are so friendly. Special mention of Carmen( she is adorable) who went the extra mile to make us feel comfy and was always there to provide any kind of help/information.

Centralized air conditioning could be better in room during night.

Breakfast was excellent, friendly staff at the Bar (Darwin) and the Reception (Marta), we can use the pool after check out and have a shower after.

Beautiful hotel, great value for money and location

Big pool, breakfast buffet, great bus connections, comfy beds and spacious rooms

Have to pay a set fee for unlimited tap water and can’t fill up your own bottle, you have to use one they provide? Which is inconvenient as we had to ask them to fill up the bottle multiple times (go back and forth to the tap) so we could fill up our own, seems pointless considering it’s unlimited? No welcome book in bedroom and we weren’t told we had to book showers in advance at the end of stay

Very good

Excellent breakfast. Very good choice. Stairs were easy to climb. Bus service was close to the hotel. Taxis were readily available. The area was safe. Bag store room was readily available and was big enough.

Bathroom door was very difficult to open and close. Door key was also difficult to use and had to be reprogrammed. Lifts were slow, but the stairs were easy to climb, as floor height was not too large.

safe happy and enjoyable

staff were lovely the tall guy with the little grey on his beard walking around was watching everything and kept us all safe he knows his job and kept everyone happy and was friendly to everyone

maybe for people with later fights it’s a long day hanging around and have to check out at 11,30 and some flights from Ireland are at 10,30 at night it’s a long day to hang around

The location was perfect if you like the village and port. Everything was spotless, modern and purposefully thought about. I’m one for getting lost in hotels much of the time, but being my first visit here, I found my way with ease and felt at home.

Nothing, I couldn’t fault it and hoping to be back in September.

Perfect hotel, excellent staff, great stay.

Breakfast was exceptional - everything you would want including freshly made pancakes and omelettes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - from the manager to the cleaning staff and everyone in between - without exception, everyone I encountered demonstrated a gracious and welcoming attitude, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. The room was large with a separate bedroom and two balcony areas - both of which had an excellent view of the sea. The next time I am in Mallorca, I will definitely stay here.

Nothing - there was a minor issue as the sliding bathroom door became stuck, but the hotel promptly fixed it.

Gorgeous Clean Moderh Well Located Property.

Beautiful modern property well looked after and very clean. Amazing staff they are a credit to the management. travelled alone with my 4 year old son and felt very safe. we Have booked already for April 2023 can’t wait to return.

Relaxing break by the coast with easy access to Palma

Exceptionally clean, spacious room with balcony, excellent buffet breakfast, nice outdoor pool with bar serving food and drinks all day, sufficient deck chairs, well-kept gardens. Rooms on higher floors get the most sun (on balconies). Good location, safe, within 5 mins walk of and cafes/small grocery store and just slightly further to the marina and beach with multiple restaurants and water sports. Also within 5 mins walk of bus stop to/from Palma/airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

All day menu (no separate dinner menu or dining room) can get a little tiring if eating in regularly
