Location is fabulous but you need a car to get the most out of the area or pay for cabs everywhere. We always hire a car to get to close by beaches, Palma, Portal Nous and even to Bendinat centre as it's quite a walk up a steep hill. We love the gardens and the fact you can get a sun-bed every day. The pool bar is also excellent and the staff there are very friendly and do an excellent job.
We love everything about this hotel.

Wonderful location
I do love a gym, so this was the only thing missing for me. However, I enjoyed my daily sea swims instead.

the toilet had a constant leak , and the hot water did not work unlless you opened two other taps first , first the bide , then the sink , then the shower , if not no hot water in the shower .
a maintenance man had to show us this after we decided to make the problem aware . but we were very very happy with the cottage and the hotel , no complaints . we will return and we will tell our friends to come for sure .

Location is fantastic.
Restaurent needs to be more careful with the food produced, my wife ordered the octopus, sadly it had to be returned as was soooo tough! The Burrata salad replacing it had been rushed, it did not resemble the same i had to start with.
Breakfast on the 7th was a disaster, not until we had ordered, and a good 10 mins after did the waiter announce it would be a further 20 mins before we received eggs benedict. We cancelled as we had to leave for the airport. Not the best last experience.
