Beautiful grounds and gardens, luxury spacious room with super golf course view, pleasant pool with plenty of sun loungers and towels
Service was poor for a 5* hotel at this price point. Unhelpful, passive, at times positively unfriendly from front desk, golf staff and caddy master. Given no information about opening times, shuttle buses or facilities unless we asked very specific questions. Restaurant service was slow to provide basics like menu, place setting and drinks before taking food orders. Average 30 minutes for delivery to poolside and dirty dishes and trays were left lying around

We enjoyed the hotel ! Loved the little note in our room ! The night auditor was really nice and felt sorry for our airplane delay ! The breakfast buffet was really nice and the fact that we can go to have breakfast until 11am is amazing ! The reception were always here to get us local taxis!
We didn’t receive any message about conciergerie , on helping us on how to fully enjoy and organize pour 2 days holidays (while leaving we heard a couple checking in and the reception asked them if they had any plans and if they needed help to organize their FOUR day stay !) . The housekeeping team knocked 4 times on our door in the morning when we opened they just said sorry and left , they ended up waking us up multiple times ….
We asked the reception if we could get a late checkout to really enjoy the hotel because our plane was at 9pm and check out was at 12, we only got one extra hour , we understand that this is not a team issue and that other clients are checking in after us , but knowing that we arrived late the first day we would of liked a little gesture !
