Very disappointing experience for a hotel at this price level. At 2:00 p.m., the receptionist told me my room was not ready and refused to check with housekeeping, simply asking me to return at 3:00. Minutes later, the luggage staff checked and confirmed that the room was ready. This reflected poor coordination and a lack of genuine effort. Overall, the staff felt unwelcoming and service was consistently slow. There was also an unpleasant smell in the lobby and rooms, and the shower was not properly clean and had an unusual odor. Surprisingly, no complimentary beach bag is provided, despite this being common at five-star coastal hotels; instead, the hotel charges €40 for one. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail do not match the hotel’s pricing or five-star positioning.
