Perfect location and an excellent stay
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Nakar. The location is 10/10, within walking distance of Palma’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants.
The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was perfect. The hotel facilities are also 10/10 — modern, stylish, and impeccably maintained.
Our room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Molton Brown toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, were a wonderful touch.
And what really made the difference was the room service: everything we ordered was absolutely impeccable, both in quality and presentation.
A truly excellent hotel that we would happily return to and highly recommend.

Loved the location close to everything
The pool on the rooftop was amazing not the biggest pool nice for a dip
The rooms were incredible especially the bed
Friendliness of the staff wasnt the best epically the ones at breakfast one looked like she didnt want to be there.

Amazing roof top! Gorgeous views and such a great location .Everywhere was extremely clean and immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful too .
A little daunting bathroom situation, ok if you're sharing with a partner but a bit awkward if travelling with friends as there is no actual bathroom, the shower in the middle of the room does have frosted glass but still leaves you feeling a little vulnerable.The toilet is in a separate cubicle though .

Rooftop pool (staff up top there are nice) but no service directly from sunbeds would be good if you could order via QR code instead of changing and walking down to the inside
They weren’t ready at 3pm for me to check in
I put “clean room” sign on at 9am and by 2.30pm room still wasn’t clean and I had a wedding to get ready for (which within that time of me being out the room the delivered an iron and ironing board but still didn’t think to clean the room/ignored the sign on the door)
Upon arrival there was a strong smell of bleach in the room
Twice around the pool they ran out of towels and were struggling to keep up with demand
Rooms were dark - would not bother with rooms without a balcony
