Excellent location in the heart of the old town in Palma right next to the Cathedral. Great atmosphere and so close to many restaurants and bars. Loved the complimentary water and tea/coffee making facilities. Also loved the spaciousness of the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.
It's very difficult to say what we didn't like because everything was really great. I suppose the only negative was that you can't park very close to the hotel and that there are many steps to climb to reach the hotel from the Cathedral side. However, you can drive up and drop off luggage prior to parking up but I don't know how that would work with the congestion charges in the centre of Palma.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and very beautiful at the best location in Palma with a stunning view. Staff and communication were excellent. We enjoyed everything and there are no downsides at all! We fully recommend this place!

We had an excellent stay at Vila Damunt. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Palma and just steps from the Cathedral, while still feeling quiet and relaxing. The property is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish, and everything was extremely well maintained. It was the perfect base for exploring the city and we would definitely stay here again.
Honestly, nothing significant. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
