Super location, very friendly and helpful staff.We had one issue which was sorted out quickly, without drama. The vibe is great, the hotel is nicely decorated, and smells divine when you walk in (great touch), we could smell it as we walked up to it. The location is so good for old town, you are right in the middle, but also feel away from it by being up a gorgeous alley (cobbles, great restaurants etc) Breakfast was great, beds comfy, rooms clean..
Nothing, we couldn’t fault it.

Great team and great location.
As happens often when booking through booking.com, I received the absolute worst room in the hotel. Ground floor directly behind the outside hotel bar. This constantly happens when using booking.com. Not really the hotel’s fault.
