Loved the location within the city. Made walking to see things very sipmle.

Great location and really useful luggage storage as well had a late flight
Check in was a bit difficult but with help via the ring camera we got there!

The staff was so helpfull from the minute we arrived when we had to get assistance for the self check in and during the stay.
The location is 10/10, just perfection.
The only thing is that the bathroom has a glass door and not much privacy but other than that the room was good

Diese Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für einen Kurztrip nach Palma. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, sodass sich die Altstadt und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erkunden lassen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und verfügen über eine gute Klimaanlage, die das schwüle Sommerwetter deutlich angenehmer macht.
Der Punkteabzug ist ausschließlich auf ein Missverständnis bei unserer Zimmerbuchung zurückzuführen. Die Unterkunft hat sich im Nachhinein jedoch bei uns gemeldet, den Fehler eingeräumt und eine angemessene Entschädigung angeboten. Dieses Entgegenkommen wissen wir zu schätzen.
