When they say Boutique they truly meet this brief . Very personal experience with the room being serviced sometimes twice a day . Breakfast is all made to order so you are not having to deal with a Buffet style menu. Restaurant was also amazing with fantastic presentation but full of flavour . Staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay special. If you needed a benchmark then this is it

From arrival, the staff were great and attentive all through the stay. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
The food was great. Very well located to get around central Palma.
Now I am nit picking and these are observations rather than areas we didn't like - the roof top terrace was small and had to be booked. We were aware and booked it and had no issues. If you like cereal for breakfast, you would be disappointed but there was a wide choice of other excellent food options. The spa was small, had a sauna and a plunge whirl pool and a treatment table. External staff to the hotel provided the massages - they were good just not hotel staff.

The staff were wonderful. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and couldn’t do enough for us. A real credit to the hotel.
Our room was adjacent to the lift, and over looking the bar / restaurant so was incredibly noisy.
We’d booked for a night due to an early flight the following day but the constant noise meant that getting any rest was difficult.
The room itself was superficial style over practicalities. A glass swing door into the bathroom meant no privacy and light disturbance during the night.
