Lovely peaceful, location looking out to sea. Suite with sea view and terrace superb. Facilities, food and staff were on point.
Beds were rock hard.
Not an issue for us but given the great views over bay and down to Santa Ponsa, expect it to be a hilly area for those with bad knees.

I had a mixed experience at Purobeach Santa Ponsa. The property has a nice atmosphere and some good aspects, but there are several areas that could definitely be improved.
One of the main drawbacks is that there is no lift in the property, so you have to use the stairs to reach the rooms, which can be inconvenient, especially with luggage.
The air conditioning was also disappointing. It sometimes switched off and did not consistently cool the room, with only a few hours when it worked properly. I also heard from friends staying in other rooms that their AC was not cooling properly during the night, so this seems to be an issue that needs attention.
I also noticed some ants in the room. Additionally, if you have a terrace, you need to be careful when leaving the door open, even for a short period, as mosquitoes can easily come into the room.
As for the management, I would say the experience was average. I believe there is room for improvement, particularly in addressing maintenance and comfort issues and ensuring a better experience for guests.
Overall, Purobeach Santa Ponsa has potential, but I feel the property and management could do better, especially when it comes to basic room comfort, and roomfacilities.

Lovely looking property, really friendly staff, room was nice.
Not enough beds for guests, always said they were full even when they wasn’t
Had to wait over an hour for just a fruit bowl at swimming pool, could never get the drinks correct, and food in restaurant we couldn’t eat.
