The staff were so friendly, the location was spot on, the pool was great and not too busy. And the robots were a funny add.

Good location overlooking the scenic bay and close to the beach at the quieter end of the bay, although within a short walk of all the local attractions, bars and restaurants.

The helpful and friendly staff, very good guest facilities, the well-sized modern room with great toiletries, access to Netflix. And a surprise leaving gift was very thoughtful!
And the restaurant S'Amfora was a bonus - the staff were fantastic.
Buffet breakfast was a bit limited - and quite expensive.
The fresh juice was excellent, cold meats and cheeses, tortilla, some pastries were very good
But hot freshly prepared food was limited to omelette - bacon, pancakes, would be a great addition. As well as freshly made coffee - rather than just self-service from a machine.
The fridge in the room could be better (colder)

Location was amazing, staff were friendly
Pool was small, didn’t impact too much because the hotel itself wasn’t busy but if it were at full occupancy and you wanted pool vs beach it would be difficult
Listed “gym” as an available facility, but this was a few pieces of equipment in a tent on the roof (so no AC, no real space, no water).
The restaurant on the property isn’t connected to the hotel - again not a huge deal just an extra admin step when you can’t charge things to your room.
You got one bottle of water on check in, but had to pay for water the rest of the time. Would have thought a four star hotel would give you water in your room at least.
