Isolated, big area, great pools, spa, breakfast, and dinner with live music.
Staff is very polite and helpful.
We also received an upgrade and free drinks as we were on our honeymoon, nice touch from the guest experience team :)
Maybe a bit far from other things, so I’d recommend a rental car to be able to move around easily.
Other than this, nothing to mention.

The hotel was spacious, really tastely decorated, food was amazing as has a michelin restaurant on site so even the food by the pool was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to help you and were genuine in their friendliness. All the staff were so lovely and even helped book restaurants for us and seemed very happy. We were helped a lot by Lucia at the front desk and everyone was so nice. Breakfasts were just delicious and very nicely curated and not a huge commercial buffet slung together. The swimming pools were great and you could always get a bed. We tried the gym which was well equiped too.
Really nothing! Maybe that you couldn't really walk anywhere but that didn't bother us............

Staffs very friendly and kind. Beautiful premises. Very kids friendly environment. The restaurant and bar are great.
The room itself is ok, comfortable, clean, yet not very impressive.

Beautiful setting in an old building, and very well looked after.
Staff were all very friendly and spoke several languages.
Room was nice and spacious
Food was lovely and good varied options
The hotel was not full but there were barely enough sunbeds to get a spot at either pool past midday.
For a hotel of this standard you absolutely should have bottled water refilled every day in your room.
Eating outside in the beautiful surroundings is wonderful, but the amount of flies landing on the table and in your food while you’re eating is obtrusive. There should be a small gadget on each table to discourage them at least.
WiFi was too patchy in our room to watch Netflix or similar without having to log in and out several times an hour
