The staff were excellent and went above and beyond expectations. All spoke English and were smartly dressed and very polite and helpful especially Michael at the front desk.
The food was great with a varied choice, highly recommended.
A lot of people smoking at the poolside but staff are unable to impact this as not their fault

We loved the food and the facilities. The location was great. We are overall very pleased.

The staff was nice and dinner was pretty decent.
We had mold in the first room we were given, directly above the bed. After complaining, we were moved to a second room, which also had visible mold stains that appeared to have simply been wiped away.
What concerned us most was that it seemed the first room was just wiped down and then given to another guest. This makes us wonder how many other rooms may have been treated in the same way rather than properly cleaned and inspected. We also weren’t offered any kind of compensation or refund for that. And we did pay about 1400 for the room for six nights. In my opinion that is unacceptable for that price.
There was also an issue with the air conditioning leaking water from the ceiling during dinner. The staff simply placed a bucket underneath it, which looked very strange and did not seem like an adequate solution. The floor had already become wet, and unfortunately, one of our friends actually tripped because of it.

The hotel is beautiful and breakfast & dinner with lots of options
It is confusing to walk around the hotel, because it mixes with another hotel from the same group, and staff not willing to help. Parking was on the street, but again the staff not helped informing where we could park, so we had to figure out ourselves.
